Easy to order and my delivery was fast. I have restored my 1945 jeep with all Kaiser parts and have not had an issue with anything. My wife and I decided to take a day trip to the Kaiser facility in Aiken and hand deliver my carburetor for rebuild. I met some of the guys and had a great visit. Made an order directly from their diagram. The parts received had the wrong fitting. Called customer service to try and get the correct fitting and was told to go to local vendor and get the correct parts. After spending well over $1000 on parts and (some back ordered with no receiving date) I expected better.

I've spent 8,000 there in the past 3 months.. I recommend them for everything.. with one exception.. any thing with a core charge re think.. do the math with the thought your cores are bad or are gonna be damaged in shipping. If the math still adds up go with these guys.. I found out to late.. lost $600. 00 dollars in 2 core charges. With no photos or proof .. or options to ship cases back. ... They could have been irreparable.. but the could have emailed some photos for $600.00 Dollars. Not accusations..just not handled professionally.. not mad. Just got my self a $600.00 tuition payment for the lesson .. would have went a different direction if I'd have know my core was no good .

We also took care of the shipping both ways - the cores we got in were bad. The cases were cracked and scorn on the inside to the point where they were unusable. We always give core credit if possible – we just have to have usable cores to keep this going for people trying to restore their Jeeps. If you do ever get good cores, then we can refund you on the cost. We are happy to send labels for those too so it doesn’t cost you anything to ship. We always try to do everything we can to help and we do appreciate your business!

Every time I call, "Mike" has the answers, every product were ordered was as advertised or better then expected, the order communication via email have been timely, correct and informative. It is easy to buy parts but some parts have have to be modified to fit. They seem oblivious to correcting issues or it falls on deaf ears. They do offer quick refunds. Most parts are good to better and they do mean well. If your wanting a period correct Jeep do your home work. Will I buy again? Yes!

Answer by A AFlagIt makes no difference now. Look at the photos I send of the parts that needed milling My main complaint is with your clutch linkage ends that are warped. The clutch bracket which arenot finished or milled. Emails responded to me was suggested I drill the holes out Look at your clutch brackets the laser cut on parts are too narrow. The black circle tear drops are not open fully. Via employee sorted through several brackets and silver rod and found one that fit but barely he said. He send it too me free via mail. I got it and was too tight silver rod and so on. The rod would not even fit the original bracket. I should have measured it and bet it was metric Check your record and mailing too me Lost lots of time It it is over and done with

It looked like the hole just need to be enlarged just a hair - they should be tight to prevent slop. Sorry for any issue in general, looks like we tried to help you. We have videos on the install on them posted too. If you do need to return just email us and we can even send you a prepaid UPS label to pick up. We are always happy to help out.
Answer by A AFlagJust cause they are USA made doesn’t mean quality. Trying to reinvent the wheel isn’t a good business practice. I am perfectly happy with original specs of the part which these were not in the holes. As you said you were trying to make them nice and tight.

My husband was given a 1949 military jeep. It was covered with a pool liner. It was a lit on the ruff side but he was so excited. He took it to a grade school friend they had a great time fixing it. He would come home and look through the catalog to see what he needed and give me the order number and a few days later it would show up. The only let down was they didn’t have the tires he wanted but that was not their fault. So all we can do is applaud their ordering dept. In the end with tires he ended up spending about 2,000 to 3,000 and to runs like a top. We will putting in our local towns Christmas parade. Oh yea I can’t count how many people want to buy it from him. Thank you
