  Some questions go unanswered especially questioning about foreign made items. Items listed as kits but don’t include all items needed to complete repair. Parts normally are of good quality and fit according to specific vehicle. Shipping is very timely, usually next day. Overall a quality company and pleasant sales people to deal with.

  Everything I order from Kaiser Willy’s is a perfect match to me jeep. I highly recommend them to anyone who has an old jeep that are restoring or fixing. Even if they don’t show a part on the site just give mike a calll and almost every time he has or can source a part for you. There isn’t a high enough rating for this company if I could leave 100 starts I would. Extremely knowledgeable and fast response even for some random custom mods that were popular they seam to know it all Highly recommended don’t be afraid to call they are extremely helpful

  Was not impressed with the shipping disclosure costs . Connecting gasket domes not fit my cj2a carb as stated. And cheaply made product. Staff were not helpful with my concerns. Basically said it’s yours now we can’t help you we only have 9 people working here.

  I have dealt with Kaiser Willy’s for many years as a Jeep restoration guy. Parts quality are on par with the rest of the vintage Jeep sales places. Your order usually gets to you within the week to Michigan. If there is an issue they fix it no questions asked. If I email them I get answered that day. Easy to deal with them, very good catalogs and easy to navigate website.

  Online order was shipped timely. Box arrived well packed and undamaged. Sheet metal replacement had obvious damage with a small dent and crease on a visible face. This will take some time to repair. Why even ship a damaged piece? This should have been sold in a scratched and dented discount sale. Paying for return and time lost for re-shipment doesn’t make sense so I’ll repaire it.

  I am new to old Willys vehicles butt not to classics. I have had many that I have rebuild/restored, the Willys is number 9. Kaiserwillys has quality parts, ships ;quickly, prices are reasonable and their support is fantastic. That continues with my current order that arrived in days, complete and well packaged. In restoring the Willys 95% of the parts have come from them.

  Kaiser Willy’s is one of the easiest places that I’ve ever worked with as far as finding what I need and placing orders that I have ever used. The customer service is outstanding.   Die Webseite ist verständlich einfach und gut organisiert, ich habe auf einfachste Weise die nötigen Ersatzteile gut gefunden und auch bestellen können. Bis jetzt habe ich mehrere Bestellungen aufgegeben weil ich vorzu einen Jeep CJ3B restauriere. Die Lieferkosten von den USA in die Schweiz sind etwas hoch, aber dies können wir nicht immer beeinflussen. Immer noch günstiger als wenn ich hier in der Schweiz zu einem Lokalen Händler gehe. Mit etwas Geduld ist bis jetzt jede Bestellung eingetroffen, die Ersatzteile sind von Stabiler Qualität passen und geben keinen Anlass zu Reklamation.   Have by far the best selection and in-hand inventory of parts for vintage Jeeps. Always willing to provide help asd assistance when requested and post the the questions and answers as many have the same questions. Their videos, diagrams, catalogs, and illustrations are exceptional to get the needed parts and minimize exchanges and returns while still providing no hassle returns as needed. They also offer rapid 2 day shipping which is a real benefit for cross country customers. I always shop them first and recommend them to friends. Great company!!

  The part I ordered was accurately filled and shipped quickly. I haven't installed it yet, so I'm not sure of its fit, but it is exactly the part number that I ordered. I'm trying to cross reference the part for a 1951 Kaiser Deluxe automobile which used the same engine. If it doesn't fit, it's on me, not on the company. They gave great service.

  They were right for the Jeep and were straight. The 2 things that could be better were the outside box was almost falling open, but the parts were well wrapped. The other is that the piece could be offered as a but weld piece or a crimped piece. This was not a big deal.

  Despite the distance between Kaiser Willys and in general "Europe" the only "problem" is to understand each other because my native language isn't English. On the other hand they helped me out with risen problems and they are solved in the end ! I am very pleased "to know" them !
