  I have been working with and buying from KW for a couple of years now as I am restoring my wife's 1951 Willys pickup. The parts are correct and fit well, the tech support is excellent and they are really easy to work with. They even helped me source a used Dana 53 differential.

  i have had great experiences with this company until the step plate order which had no instructions and would NOT work on an M38 without taking out the seats and gas tank ! another expensive part for the scrap iron pile !

  Hopefully you will reconsider this review. You have to install it that way. Its how it was originally done. If you don't bolt it to the floor - there would be nothing to support it.   My experience has been very positive all the way around. I’m restoring a 1951 Kaiser Willys truck and the availability of parts is impressive to say the least. Parts are easy to find on-line as well as the catalog. Shipments are prompt and complete. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending to anyone. Extremely satisfied and impressed.

  They have the parts. They always seem to have the parts. They have great customer service, and they answer the phone when you call. If you have questions about what you want to order they take the time to help you out. I haven't seen or experienced customer service like this in a very long time. Thank you Mike and the team (Cam specifically) for your love of helping us old geezers out with all the support! Your shipping department is first rate!   I placed a large order from them mostly because they said everything I needed was in stock. They emailed me almost a week later saying items I ordered were not in stock. It would be several weeks before they could update me. This is not the first time this has happened with them. Pretty sorry business habits.

  I'm really sorry that you had this issue with your last order. I see that you placed the order online and that you were informed the same day that the top bows were on back order. With over 8K parts offered, there will be times where items will be out of stock unfortunately. We communicated this as best we could. I know it can be frustrating when items are not available and hopefully this is not holding up a project as that is the last thing we want.   The part I ordered was able to do the job needed, but the web Q&A was great as it detailed how to install it (Steering wheel Horn Bushing). Without that information, I do not klnow how we would have been able to do the installation.

  Ordered several items, including 2 parking light lenses for my 66 Jeep CJ5. The color of the lenses did not match (sent them a photo). Without any debate or reservation, Kaiser Willys sent me two new lenses which I receive a couple days later. Great customer service and satisfied customer!
