all in all excellent catalog, quick shipping, reasonable pricing. only had a problem with a product, turn signal for cj3a application. overall works ok but the houseing and attach flange is very problematic. brushed against it while working on steering wheel, and flange broke off. it is very thin and generally unsupported. being pot metal it had no real strength. just what happened.

Answer by Peter EFlagI must have expressed myself in a unclear way. I have not yet received any shipment from Kaiser Willys. My comment was referring to the fact that I lack a simple and cost-effective shipping solution to addresses outside the USA and Canada. As in my case to Sweden. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service I have received so far in contacts with Kaiser Willys Auto Supply.

If something is back ordered they will keep your money indefinitely. Never email them, they won't reply. They drop shipped parts without communication the arrived 2 weeks late.

Kaiser Willys is great for "One Stop Shopping" and the parts are marketed specifically for a particular model Jeep so you know you are buying correct parts, not a one size fits all generic part. They also offer technical videos and support- BUT beware of these. The technical resources could use improvement. I recently rebuilt a T-90 transmission with their parts kit and instructional video. Watching their mechanic go after the task with incorrect tools was hard to watch. The Kaiser Willys parts kit contained "extra" duplicate parts which can be confusing. Also, the pre-assembled synchronizer assembly was factory assembled backwards and their video simply skips over that portion of the build and expects you to just drop it in as you receive it. I had to dis-assemble my transmission to diagnose that problem via someone else's Youtube video. Many hours wasted. That transmission assembly video (part-2) needs to be eliminated and done over. On the matter of parts orders, in general: They do a pretty good job putting together and shipping out orders in a timely manner. Sometimes, I find they don't stock everything they offer for sale and ship those parts separately at a later date, which can hold up job completion. Over all though, I think it is the single best Willys Jeep parts supplier out there with very good prices and top-notch customer service responsiveness when I have emailed them with an issue. They will continue to be my Go-To supplier.

I really like these emails and the different Jeeps that show up, I often think of something I "need" and the emails keep me thinking Jeep even while my '69 CJ5 is tucked away for winter...... I have a 1946 CJ2A. Kaiser Willys has had every part I have needed. Call them. An actual person answers the phone and is more than happy to assist in finding the part you need. Do you have a question about a part? Call. I have never had an issue with an order. Every part has been exactly as described. They have fast shipping and can ship faster if you call and explain your needs. Yeah, there are cheaper places out there, but Kaiser Willys has the right parts and we all want our old Willys to have parts that will fit and keep them running!

Sorry on any confusion.We had a note to hold for the trigger repair kit like we originally had talked about and looks like you talked about shipping the order ahead without it with one of the other guys. The guys in shipping went off the note on ticket. Again, just a misunderstanding. It would have shipped out right away but Fedex has delayed dozens of packages on us in GA since Christmas.
