  Kaiser Willy's is very reliable, knowledgeable,and prompt. I've put my wife's 1948 CJ2A back to road worthy condition. The brakes, wiring harness, intake- exhaust manifold, lights, transmission, and soft top have fit together very well.

  Great parts supply, they have so many parts to fix up older jeeps. Only regret is I didn’t see and use a discount code I had in my email. And that should have saved some money on a $500+ order. I understand I didn’t put the code in, but shouldn’t it be automatic for returning customers? Especially if they have ordered $1000’s of dollars in the past? Anyway, I’m still going to use them.   I ordered a pair of seats for my CJ during the Christmas Holiday. I was not in any hurry to receive the order. I was shocked to get not only order documentation, but received the actual delivery the following week! Given the circumstances of the holidays with shipping and all, I was very surprised. The seats were priced exceptionally reasonably and packed very well for shipping. I highly recommend these guys and will be ordering again in the near future!

  Made a couple of good orders over the holidays when they were having their sales. Had a few questions to make sure I was ordering the right parts which was helpful. They actually answered the phone. Returns were easy and fast. Even sent me a discount code on my birthday. Have been doing business with them for about 10 years.

  I ordered a replacement fuel tank and all the components that go with it. The fuel tank was out of stock and on back order. Mike Viola went to work personally to find a tank from one of their suppliers that could be shipped directly to me that day. They didn't wait around for a regular restocking to occur . . . they solved the problem.

  Service is great (Mike), parts are hit or miss quality wise and shipping is slow and expensive there. They are my first site for most Willys Jeep parts though. I have noticed an improvement of late with shipping times and they suffer the same challenges as everyone else with finding original parts for these old machines.

  I hear from other Jeepers that they can get "this cheaper here, or "that cheaper there" and that Kaiser Willys is priced high and sources parts from overseas... well, Kaiser Willys has the selection, inventory, and the ability and resources to stand behind what they sell. And that "other guy" is getting his parts from the same limited (overseas) sources and not some magic place in Cleveland. They were once able to get me an entire intake manifold THE NEXT DAY ! They have "how to" videos on-line, a knowledgeable sales staff, a great catalog and website and are "the king of the hill" in my opinion. My '46 Jeep has been restored sourcing nearly everything from Kaiser Willys. I go to their website, find the part I need, have a question and call - getting an immediate helpful answer - and move on with enjoying my Jeep. I can't see why I would ever go anywhere else.

  Fast shipping and great parts. If you absolutely need to have it call them to be sure the item is in stock. They will automatically ship back ordered items when they become available. My orders usually ship no later than the next day ordered and they normally have all items in stock.I highly recommend them.

  Generally can find what I am looking for on their website, if not they are available to get me what I am looking for. Have a tough time with smaller items in shipping. Sometimes the packaging isn't tapped up enough to keep washers that get loose in the box to not fall out. Overall good experience when ordering.

I am very pleased with the quality of the parts and in particular, I like the Question and Answer and Videos on the website in the parts section that details how to and gives answers that one might encounter when working on these old Jeeps.   Very satisfied with parts; have purchased floor pans, rockers, bedside steps, trim pieces, and window/glass seals. I managed a restoration shop currently restoring a 1948 Truck, finished a 1953 Truck last year and will be working on a flat fender military jeep next year.   I'm a vintage Jeep nut and there aren't many calendars that feature old classic jeeps . I have an old CJ7 and I wish I had a few other old Jeeps so I look forward to ordering Kaiser Willys new calendar each year . You can't go wrong.
