  Very pleased bought a gas tank arrived with a dent called them just to let them know in case it leaked they immediately sent out a other one no questions asked and didn't even have to send damaged one back. They definitely take care of there customers that's hard to find now days they definitely earned my business I'll be ordering more from them in the near future

  Wonderful customer service--I screwed up my order (yes, completely my fault) and Kaiser Willys fixed everything with a simple phone call (yes, you get to speak to a real person)--got me the right part, and authorized an RMA to return the wrong part I ordered--simple. Best part though was they shipped me the correct part immediately, so that I wouldn't have to wait. Thanks KW - you guys are the best!

  We emailed you that the shipping rates to New Zealand via UPS international rate were going to be over $125 to see what you wanted to do for a $10 calendar. Obviously given your review you do not want the calendar. We will take care of this now for you and cancel it. Hopefully you will reconsider your review.   I am ordering numerous parts for a build. Some parts have come but others are absent, no notice when other parts are coming or whether they are in stock or not. Also parts come just packaged in bags with little or no part numbers, it makes it difficult when ordering various part and bolt kits and not having an ID on it and have to go back and match a bolt kit to the catalog.

  This was a great choice for generator/alternator conversion. I was impressed with all the components supplied. The components were high quality and I especially liked the innovative mounting bracket which made the install very easy.   The order was packaged in an appropriately sized box and shipped early. Unfortunately the cap to the grease tube came off in transit and a little grease got on the other items. Not a big deal and it was easy to clean up.

  Online search was seamless. Ordering parts as well. I have also used the “ask a question” and the responses were quick and to the point. Really appreciate Kaiser Willys support. There catalog is an easy search for the type of Willys. Definitely will continue to use these folks as I continue my work on my 44 MB.
