    I'm satisfied with the website although two items I received did not work with my 1959 Willy's jeep. I couldn't use the distributer cap because it's too tall and the top radiator hose is shaped different. Did not use. This isn't a big issue because these are low cost items.

    Kaiser Willys has the most knowledge about my 1944 GPW that I have ever run across except for the mechanics that I served with when I was a Seabee in the early 70's. We still used the Willy L134 engines in all our compressors, generators, and welders.

    The part (floor board to steering shaft rubber seal) was of good quality and as described. I should have confirmed the outside diameter of the seal. It was much smaller than the opening it was ordered for; 1974 CJ-5. The OEM part is no longer made. Communication with Mike at Kaiser-Willys, via email, was very prompt. I will order from Kaiser-Willys again.

    I’ve called several times and was told the windshield glass I ordered was being cut and boxed. Both time told the same thing one week apart and still no confirmation or tracking info. Also, never received my weatherseals even though tracking said it was shipped.

    We have a note online that glass takes about 2-3 weeks from time of order. The glass weather seal was shipped out to you and FEDEX emailed you your tracking number. Maybe it went to your spam folder and got auto deleted. We are always happy to help out if you ever have a question. All you have to do is reach out to us.     Parts arrived quickly, but not all the right ones. The camshaft gear came, but the gear that showed up for the crankshaft was way too large and had very aggressive teeth. I only received 3 intake valves and 3 exhaust valves, that were correct. The copper washers for the oil drain, valve train side cover and the seals for the upper valve cover were not in the kit as well. Didn't want to pay more shipping or duty so I sourced missing parts locally. Not sure if I will purchase from this company again.

    You pay for customer service. They are always willing to help me through an issue, quick to correct mistakes in orders and fast shipping with good communication. I have read reviews “they sent wrong/missing item” but that’s half the story, it happens everywhere and is an uncommon issue, I had a wrong part sent once and when I contacted them they got the correct part out the next day so where’s the harm?

    Great place with knowledgeable staff! An actual person has answered the phone when I called to ask about a part. They took the time to go over what I was looking for to make sure I was getting the part I needed. Something you don’t get a lot of these days. Huge selection of quality parts that have actually fit! Usually a choice of them too. Show quality restore to something that will just keep your Willys up and running, they will be the pace to have it. At least order a parts catalog from them. Lots of great old Willys information you will enjoy reading through!

    This place is great. If you have an old Willys and are looking for parts (and come on now, with an old Willys when are you not looking for a part) this is the place that is likely to have it. Well stocked with usually a choice of items. Any repro items are of quality, nothing I have received has been the cheap junk. These folks know Willys and the kind of parts we want to install. Someone has always answered quickly when I called and been extremely helpful with questions and answers about a part I have been looking for. Never had an issue with any part or order from them. Standard shipping orders received in 4 or 5 days. Faster shipping available too! Remember the JC Whitney catalogs? Their catalog reads like that, but strictly Willys parts! Vehicle ID descriptions, fun pictures and articles, a full frame or screws for tie downs, this is the place. Order a catalog, you will not regret it!

Any order under $98 we only charge actual and usually end up losing on shipping due to rates. Hopefully you will reconsider this review.     Perhaps I misunderstood, I thought 3stars was listed as average? Which in this case seems completely reasonable. There are companies who manage to find a way to ship a $50 dollar item for less than half the cost of the item. I feel certain you could as well.

    I'm sure referring to huge companies or places that have huge profit margins on their cheap parts and are able to do it. Both items you bought are US made and have a slim markup.... A good review goes a long way to help us and our families, and this kind of a review is frustrating to say the least. I think it is just uncalled for. We have free shipping on orders over $98 and always go to bat for our customers. Hopefully youll reconsider.

    I understand that you feel the need to defend your position. Consider this, you are an average company to a customer who (like me) is buying one small item. The feedback you requested is intended to illicit a response from you. You’re not happy with my feedback and are asking me to deny my experience because you are” American and always go to bat for your customers”. Ok fine, everything was great. I enjoyed buying stuff I didn’t need. Thank you, I was a super experience!

    You didn't have to buy it. If you buy something from a company that has free shipping on orders at $50 - then I can only imagine what their mark up is on their items...Either way - I'm stuck with a bad review that was uncalled for.

    Instead of complaining about getting an”average” review, one might consider doing something above average? If $98 is your break even on shipping and you really can’t negotiate a decent price then spread the losses over the whole product line. People often stick a toe into the water. I want you to succeed.
