  I love this website. They have everything I need to fix up my cj2a. My favorite part is the shop by diagram section. Shipping has been fast and secure. I had a couple things on back order and its still came in quicker than expected. I had something I didn't want to wait on for back order so I cancelled it and the refund was within the day. Great website and team. They even put candy in your packages!! :)

  We don't sell anything that we wouldn't install on our vehicles. We have weekly sales and when you call us we are always happy to help give a discount. I'm not sure I understand this review. We take care of all of our customers if there is ever a problem. All you have to do is reach out to us. Hopefully you will reconsider. Just reach out to us. You can ask for me.

  I ordered a long exhaust pipe for my M38A1. I received an email stating it would be back ordered. I emailed Kaiser Willys and asked how long it would take. The response was 4 to 6 weeks. I cancelled the order. I was charged a 20% cancellation fee for a product that was never shipped. I was not impressed.

  Mike, we didn't charge you a fee. These are part of a kit and discounted. You got a full refund on the item for what you were billed. We are one of the only places that bring our long pipes in out of Europe and are not selling the cheap ones that are bent / made wrong a lot of other places are selling. Sorry, the supplier in Europe has just been slow in getting these to us. They are due in any time now. Hopefully you will reconsider your review. We work hard for our reviews, and I see you have placed dozens of orders with us and we always want our customers happy with us.

  It was probably thru the post office and right now USPS is terrible for international shipments and customers have not been getting their packages. It goes by dimensional weight as well. UPS international is the best method there is for US to Canada shipments. Hopefully you will reconsider something out of our control. We are always happy to help.

  I find the store service excellent, but I would like to have other shipping options abroad (Chile) that are more economical. In my case, I made a purchase in the store for 107 dollars and for international shipping I had to make an initial payment of 146 USD to UPS, plus 70 USD again to UPS for payment of taxes and import duties and handling costs.   Customer service is excellent, parts are shipped out promptly, returns are handled easily, my only negative issue is that bagged parts are not always labeled with part numbers, making it harder to sort out when the box contains multiple hardware kits. Other than that one minor issue, K-W is an excellent shop to do business with and I will certainly buy from them again.

  The continue to be great to work with, parts, service, shipping and support. They advertise easy returns and they are correct, I returned a couple of parts that I didn't need due to major failure of a component on my vehicle that required full replacement so the parts were not needed and there was no issue, question or problem. I had the parts for several months. I have bought a lot of parts from them and am very pleased with the company.

  The hood stencil that I ordered was shipped in a large box on top of a loose wad of paper, so when I opened the box the stencil was very distorted and wrinkled. I'm sure it can be straightened and will be usable, but it seems like a poor choice of packaging for that item.

  I have found Kaiser Willy’s has been very easy to work with and I have never had a problem getting the parts that I need for my 1946 CJ 2A willy’s and when I have had to return items, there’s never been a problem they do it no questions asked. I’m very glad I found Kaiser williy’s JMossman
