    Finding such an amazing place where I can get parts for my 1955 CJ5 was a God send. I have ordered several times and the parts always some quickly and are great quality.     had to ask for updates on shipping and some guy said another guy was handling, asked again a few days later and he said the other guy was supposed to update me. few days later i asked again and was asked did the other guy not respond, i said no. I asked again and finally was answered that due to the hurricane he was busy. Then a day later his supplier said the part was discontinued . I asked which part as i ordered a tune up kit.He said all of it , it is a kit . I canceled my order and placed an order for the same parts at Quadtratec , received those parts two days later.

    Gordy, We were hit with Hurricane Helene here. We were without power at the shop and everyone in the office had no power at their homes. We are always happy to help customers on their orders. Please be understanding of this before we get a 2 star review. Looks like Jason had talked to you on the 30th and we refunded it. My apologies on any confusion here, The SE was just in a bad spot for a week. Hopefully you will reconsider your review given the circumstances.     I'm working on a 1946 Willys CJ2A after inheriting the project in parts from my Dad. The Kaiser Willys website is easy to use and I can readily identify, find, and purchase the parts I need. When I have had questions, email responses have been prompt and clear. They have a number of instructional videos that have also been helpful. Between the videos and the "shop by diagram" feature, my rebuild process has been much easier. I highly recommend them as a source for parts and information.

    More than an amazing inventory of parts is the personal, detailed help available from the company’s people. Mark and Mike patiently walked me through a difficult change in my Jeep’s fuel pump replacement.     Kaiser Willys goes beyond excellent in their parts help and deliveries. I needed steering gear bushings and seal as my 56 CJ5 was down to rebuild it. Sometimes some versions are slightly off size, and Kaiser Willys rushed me correct ones after I mistakenly ordered the wrong ones to begin with. I received the needed parts overnight!! They are a fabulous supplier, the very best!! Thank you, Mike, and the other gentleman who helped me!! If you need parts for your Willys, you cannot go wrong with Kaiser Willys !!

    In the past I have dealt with Mike when placing orders and everything has worked perfectly. It seems that I am now obliged to work through someone called Jason and my experience so far in placing an order and getting it delivered could not have been worse !!! As an example I asked him to provide 1) the date the package left your premises, 2) the courier that you would use for an overseas delivery - and 3) a tracking number so that I can track the progress of the delivery - his reply was 'I don't understand your questions' These questions have been answered as a matter of course for previous deliveries and tracking data has been supplied. What am I supposed to do !

    I've been restoring a 1956 CJ5. It was junk when I got it so I have bought a lot of parts from Kaiser Willys over the last 10 years. I am very thankful for them.     Kaiser is a great website. They have large verity of parts. And generally deliver in a timely fashion. There website is helpful with lots of information and tips. But the website is not always up to date if a part is out of stock. So if you are in a hurry for a part it is best to call and check availability

    Sorry, we don't have any control over international shipping rates. We only charge actual rates. Hopefully you will reconsider your review. A good review goes along way for us and our families. A negative review for something that is out of our control hurts us. We can also always ship to a forwarder here in the US too for you.

    Sorry, but a feedback is supposed to be a feedback. I know that you don’t control the shipping company, but you control which one you’re using. See, I bought almost all my parts through Waalcks and never had exorbitant shipping fees let alone customs management fees. I’m happy to pay for shipping and also for customs … but more than 100 bucks for customs handling fees is way out of line. Maybe there is a way to work with other shipping companies in the future. Please read my review. It says parts etc was all good. Choice of shipping not good. As long as this doesn’t change it is hard for you to have competitive END prices to the customer. For me, the UPS handling fees just put a 25%ish surcharge on your prices for me.

    Yes, I agree on feedback -but we are getting negative review for something not in our control. When Walcks was open - the international rates were much different from years ago. We use the same shipping methods Walcks used. Hopefully you'll reconsider.

    Kaiser WIllys is a family run business.They have great customer service. They do have some supply issues but who doesn't. I don't mind waiting as long as they are able to keep my updated. The owner replies to emails promptly and I've even gotten a reply on the weekend. Each shipment comes with candy as well. Wish it was stockers. Gotta get me some of those soon, too.

    Hey David, thanks for the feedback and the kind words regarding our catalog. We put a lot of time into it. As for the shipping cost to Switzerland, we try really hard to get the best rates from UPS and FedEx and only charge actual cost for shipping. Cost is determined by the weight and size of the box being sent. Jeep parts are typically heavier and larger than most things being sent so I do apologize for any issues. Thanks
