Customer service is excellent, parts are shipped out promptly, returns are handled easily, my only negative issue is that bagged parts are not always labeled with part numbers, making it harder to sort out when the box contains multiple hardware kits. Other than that one minor issue, K-W is an excellent shop to do business with and I will certainly buy from them again.

I find the store service excellent, but I would like to have other shipping options abroad (Chile) that are more economical. In my case, I made a purchase in the store for 107 dollars and for international shipping I had to make an initial payment of 146 USD to UPS, plus 70 USD again to UPS for payment of taxes and import duties and handling costs. The continue to be great to work with, parts, service, shipping and support. They advertise easy returns and they are correct, I returned a couple of parts that I didn't need due to major failure of a component on my vehicle that required full replacement so the parts were not needed and there was no issue, question or problem. I had the parts for several months. I have bought a lot of parts from them and am very pleased with the company.

The hood stencil that I ordered was shipped in a large box on top of a loose wad of paper, so when I opened the box the stencil was very distorted and wrinkled. I'm sure it can be straightened and will be usable, but it seems like a poor choice of packaging for that item.

This very easily could have been an Excellent rating. I purchased a clutch kit and one item in it was/is on back order. I was told at the time of order it would be two weeks. It is now 5 1/2 weeks since the order was placed. The communication was very good and I had to cancel the backordered part today. The cancellation went very smooth and the refund was credited in just a few seconds. Like I said, I would have loved to give an excellent rating but for the fact of the estimated 2 week backorder that turned out to be much longer. Not faulting Kaiser Willys but the question was about my order satisfaction and excellent it wasn't. I love Kaiser Willys and will continue to use them.
