  Kaiser/Willys is not only a good source for parts, it is a good source for information. Specifically, people like Jason McDonald have been a great resource during my 1956 CJ-5, “frame-off” restoration project.

  Most all of the parts are good and it's easy to get some help from Mike. It would be helpful to know if a part is of good quality and maybe rated, before purchase. Some stuff is junk and it would be important to understand the quality and fit, before purchase. Pelican Parts, will do just that and offer parts at different price points depending on how well it works. I understand, that it can't all be great, it wasn't all that great 80 years ago. From returns and feedback, Kaiser Willys is aware of the shortcomings of some of the parts. Overall, I think that 95% is decent.

  Love the website, diagrams, selection, etc. but on three separate occasions I order parts and many days later, by the time the parts should be delivered, I am notified that they don’t have the item in stock. My roommate ordered a steering wheel and waited 2 weeks before calling to see what happened and only then did they say it was back ordereded with no date estimate of delivery. They’re happy to charge your card for parts they don’t have. It’s 2024, please correct your inventory management system to avoid this frustration.

  Two items you can look at to improve Previously I ordered an intake exhaust manifolds for a GPW. I installed them but notice exhaust leaks. Due to frustration on my part and lack of time closed t hood and walked away. Now that my schedule has opened up I removed the manifolds and found that there was a large difference in the faces of exhaust and intake. That being a 1/16 of an inch, there by no amount of torque was going to get them to mount flush with the machines head. I removed the 1/16 height difference from the intake manifold via filing by hand. Your company is good but will have to continue to monitor the quality of manufactured parts. Customers such as myself need to be cautious and inspect parts, just because they are new does mean they are to proper specifications.

  This website is very easy to navigate. There are many different ways to shop for your vehicle and find parts. The tool section is amazing. They have lots of specialty tools for the jeeps and a few tools that can be used on other vehicles as well. It makes restoring your vehicle or repairing it very easy With their videos and how to instructions.

  It is very nice dealing with Kaiser Willys. Any questions I’ve had about anything to do with the jeep I have been able to talk directly with a human being and not some AI automated system. They care about the products they sell and they care about their customers and go out of their way to give the customer good service. If you’ve got a Willys, they’ve got everything you need to get it running or keep it running.

  had to ask for updates on shipping and some guy said another guy was handling, asked again a few days later and he said the other guy was supposed to update me. few days later i asked again and was asked did the other guy not respond, i said no. I asked again and finally was answered that due to the hurricane he was busy. Then a day later his supplier said the part was discontinued . I asked which part as i ordered a tune up kit.He said all of it , it is a kit . I canceled my order and placed an order for the same parts at Quadtratec , received those parts two days later.

  I'm working on a 1946 Willys CJ2A after inheriting the project in parts from my Dad. The Kaiser Willys website is easy to use and I can readily identify, find, and purchase the parts I need. When I have had questions, email responses have been prompt and clear. They have a number of instructional videos that have also been helpful. Between the videos and the "shop by diagram" feature, my rebuild process has been much easier. I highly recommend them as a source for parts and information.

  More than an amazing inventory of parts is the personal, detailed help available from the company’s people. Mark and Mike patiently walked me through a difficult change in my Jeep’s fuel pump replacement. Mark, especially, took my calls, put up with my ignorance, and explained what I was up against and how to make everything work. And everything worked, indeed. My 72 year old Jeep is back on the road.   Kaiser Willys goes beyond excellent in their parts help and deliveries. I needed steering gear bushings and seal as my 56 CJ5 was down to rebuild it. Sometimes some versions are slightly off size, and Kaiser Willys rushed me correct ones after I mistakenly ordered the wrong ones to begin with. I received the needed parts overnight!! They are a fabulous supplier, the very best!! Thank you, Mike, and the other gentleman who helped me!! If you need parts for your Willys, you cannot go wrong with Kaiser Willys !!

  I've been restoring a 1956 CJ5. It was junk when I got it so I have bought a lot of parts from Kaiser Willys over the last 10 years. I am very thankful for them. They have parts I can't get anywhere else. I also love all the information on their website. The only problem I've ever had is the person who fills the orders makes a lot of mistakes.

  In the past I have dealt with Mike when placing orders and everything has worked perfectly. It seems that I am now obliged to work through someone called Jason and my experience so far in placing an order and getting it delivered could not have been worse !!! As an example I asked him to provide 1) the date the package left your premises, 2) the courier that you would use for an overseas delivery - and 3) a tracking number so that I can track the progress of the delivery - his reply was 'I don't understand your questions' These questions have been answered as a matter of course for previous deliveries and tracking data has been supplied. What am I supposed to do !

  Kaiser is a great website. They have large verity of parts. And generally deliver in a timely fashion. There website is helpful with lots of information and tips. But the website is not always up to date if a part is out of stock. So if you are in a hurry for a part it is best to call and check availability
