  Ordered a bunch of engine parts. The gasket kit was on back order. I called to find out how long of a wait. Turns out it was only a day later than the rest of the order. Friendly service and quick turnaround around. It was nice to have a real catalog to look at along with the convenience of ordering online. I’m sure I’ll be buying more parts soon 47 CJ-2A

  The website is easy to navigate, easy to find the parts you need for specific models or years, and has tons of supportive information. They process your order quickly and get it shipped fast. Should you need to call, they answer and speak to you to address your question. I don’t return much but they are very receptive and understanding should you need to return a part. Finally the frequent discounts, and free shipping on orders over a specified amount also help me to give a five star review.

  The process of requesting the order has not been succesful. I ordered a restoration kit of the fuel pump (50 ~$) and I asked the cost of shipping and never got the answer. However I went on with the order. When I was informed that the cost of shipping to Spain was 132 $ I was really surprised. I had also to pay additionally 45 $ for the taxes in Spain. So, an order of 50 has been 3 times more costly to me. It was my fault no insiting about the shipping. However Kaiser Willys should say the cost of shipping from the beginning.

When it comes to international orders, we do have to reach out to the customer for payment of the shipping amount. Since we offer over 8K parts all different sizes and weights, it's just about impossible for us to figure out shipping cost at the time of the order. The shipping cost has to be calculated by the dimensional weight of the order (size and weight of the shipping box). I show that we emailed you the day that you placed the order with the shipping cost and needed to you reply with payment.   Kaiser Willys is the first place I go for parts & knowledge while rebuilding my Willys Truck. This place is phenomenal! Not only do they have parts & accessories you need (& if they don’t, they will help you find them!), they have an uncanny amount of knowledge that they are willing to share that’s either a phone call or YouTube video away.   all in all excellent catalog, quick shipping, reasonable pricing. only had a problem with a product, turn signal for cj3a application. overall works ok but the houseing and attach flange is very problematic. brushed against it while working on steering wheel, and flange broke off. it is very thin and generally unsupported. being pot metal it had no real strength. just what happened.

  Kaiser Willys is great to work with!! The Walck acquisition put them in a position where they could hold us hostage in regards to price & customer service. The exact opposite has happened.   I must have expressed myself in a unclear way. I have not yet received any shipment from Kaiser Willys. My comment was referring to the fact that I lack a simple and cost-effective shipping solution to addresses outside the USA and Canada. As in my case to Sweden. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service I have received so far in contacts with Kaiser Willys Auto Supply.

  Always excellent service in my experience. I've been buying parts from KW for over 2 years now and have never had an issue with them. Plus, I always find what I want and only one item out of probably a hundred different parts has ever been back ordered.

  If something is back ordered they will keep your money indefinitely. Never email them, they won't reply. They drop shipped parts without communication the arrived 2 weeks late.
