  The part I ordered was able to do the job needed, but the web Q&A was great as it detailed how to install it (Steering wheel Horn Bushing). Without that information, I do not klnow how we would have been able to do the installation.

  Ordered several items, including 2 parking light lenses for my 66 Jeep CJ5. The color of the lenses did not match (sent them a photo). Without any debate or reservation, Kaiser Willys sent me two new lenses which I receive a couple days later. Great customer service and satisfied customer!

  I bought all the parts I needed to rebuild my L-134. The parts are good quality and arrived quickly. However the parts were just tossed loose into the box. I was a bit disappointed when I saw the cam bearing loose, unwrapped and getting a little too friendly with the water pump and loose bolts

  I'm really sorry that the gasket was missed. In the future, please give us a call toll free if you ever have any issues so we can get them resolved for you immediately. Especially if you're missing a gasket. That way we can go over that the guys typically put the gasket on the fuel pump lever, so it doesn't get damaged in shipping. None the less, I will ship a gasket right out to you. Sorry for the issue. Thanks

  Ive ordered parts from kaiser many times and have been very satisfied, but on my last order i purchased a fluid hand pump for my cj3b. When it came in i realized it was a harbor freight tool, and was charged $9.00 more than what harbor freight would have charged. If the brand name would have been listed in the description I wouldn’t have purchased it from here. Its not a big issue and I’m not going to send it back.

  Overall I am satisfied. The catalogue is super, and staff is helpful. My only difficulty was with a small parts kit for a Dana 18 1.25" that I received. When I was ready to install the intermediate gear, I found that the kit had 47 needle bearings and I needed 48 (2 rows of 24). I was able to choose the best needle out of the ones I had removed and continue my buildup to avoid delay. Other than that, very happy with the service and shipping. Quality of parts seems good.

  I think Kaiser Willys does a great job in providing costumers with as much of the necessary parts and pieces for putting a Willys vehicle together. I have noticed over the last couple of months some issues with shipping (missing parts and or damaged products) but they have been phenomenal in their response back and addressing the issue. Also, I have noticed some hardware sets not been fully accurate for the use like length of bolts and type of hardware). Other than that, I continue to sponsor their business, the availability of products and the ease of finding on their website what you need is just great!

  The web site is fairly straight forward, delivery of the order was timely, packaging was adequate to prevent damage. The body panels were of decent quality overall (requiring manageable massaging to fit). The one big disappointment was the 3/16” block of steel on the lower cowl panel in place of a stamped embossing.

  I have a Ford produced GPW and while KWJ has a great selection of products, I’ve always felt that the selection of F stamped parts is greatly limited. While the parts are interchangeable for GPW owners F stamped parts enhance the restorations. Attention to detail is paramount for some! Customer service is awesome for a question, for reference or help! The annual catalog is GREAT! Lots of information!
