  My only issue has been freight charges. Your Web states freight will be automatically charged if quote is not requested. Had one order sit for a week or more and was only action when I chased it up. Last order I put a note to just charge freight and send but again had to follow up after a period to get freight sorted. Was advised an email had been sent earlier butcouldn't see any reference to freight costs on it. Only had this problem last couple of orders, it not a major problem but would like some clarity around the process. Otherwise all good with everything - Thanks

  I needed a new dash panel for a '67 CJ5. All the used ones I could find did not have the studs to mount the instrument cluster. Kaiser Willys had one with the studs at a reasonable price with shipping at no extra charge.

  I traded a shotgun and $100 for a 1956 CJ5 in 2014. It was basically junk. It needed everything and Kaiserwillys.had it all. I have spent a lot of money with them over the last 11 years and I am extremely pleased with them. Their website is very helpful too.

  The website is very good! It is easy to search for my specific Willys or a specific product. Very helpful diagrams and links to instructions and installation. Returns are also very easy. Just supply proof of purchase. No time limit. You know that sometimes your project takes longer and then you have the wrong part.

  I really love Kaiser Willy's I have used them over the last few years and I spend way too much but I just like them a lot and there return/replacement policy is out standing an example of this is when I got a new light switch and my generator and started blew at the same time I didn't know if that is what got the light switch or if it was faulty but I called and Mike tried to help me but he replaced it with no questions asked. The only thing I wish I could buy here is a new half cab/eyebrows/ block for a f head 134 engine

  Order came as expected, one problem… The corn head grease erupted in the packaging. Fortunately it created a mess but did no damage to the other items in the box. Perhaps the change in altitude caused the mishap. Maybe put it another bag inside the box. cj

  My issue is not with your products but with your order process. I use the computer to order many parts when restoring jeeps. I don't think l have encountered a company that charges you for a part that has been back ordered. My experience is I pay for the part when they are shipped. You have my money and I wait for your supplier to ship. Is this the type of customer service you intend to provide?

  If companies are doing a 2-pass on your credit card then they are storing your credit card information, and this is not a good practice for security. We do a 1-pass and use a token system, so we do not store any of your credit card information. This is best practice. We email about any backorders same day to see what you want to do.
