    Back ordered item ok. Not sending a tracking # for that item when it was finally shipped not ok. Customer service when called about such item lousy. Guy didn’t want to give me the time of day, not good. I have had terrible customer service over the phone before.

    Looks like we shipped out what we had right away and the carburetor was delayed just a few days. Once it came in we shipped it out express at no cost. We emailed you on the temporary delay and an automatic email is sent out from Fedex/UPS with the tracking. Maybe they went to spam and then got deleted.     They do not know how to ship to Canada...just say you don't the products are exept from duties and taxes http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/dm-md/d10/d10-15-20-eng.html because you do not know your own products are exempt my 160 dollar part is no at UPS asking for 121 additional dollars next time say no we don't know how to ship to Canada Alternatly you could have used USPS they would have only collected 22.50 sales tax even without the exeption

    We ship 1000's of boxes international every year more than any other Willys parts supplier. We typically try to mark parts as 'vintage' to help people out on their customs fees but we really dont have any control over what each customers individual country is going to charge them in customs. We can always quote you out prior to what the international shipping rate will be. We are happy to help out. We would really appreciate if you would reconsider your star rating.     I have made recent purchases from this company with no regrets. Everything that I have ordered has fit perfectly with no issues They have all the parts that I have needed to repair the 1953 military jeep I'm working on.     We try to ship all our orders out within 1-2 business days. Looks like you put your PO box as a delivery address instead of a physical address. The Post Office is terribly slow. We prefer to get customers physical address so we can ship UPS or Fedex. They typically deliver in just 2-4 days. I'd love it if you would reconsider your review.     The online experience is awesome. Easy to use and the payment method is perfect for me. Because I travel around the country, I use three delivery addresses. The deliveries are always quick even when I change locations. Items are always in stock and if I'm having trouble determining a specific part the staff is great at helping get the correct part for my CJ2A.     Easy to order and my delivery was fast. I have restored my 1945 jeep with all Kaiser parts and have not had an issue with anything. My wife and I decided to take a day trip to the Kaiser facility in Aiken and hand deliver my carburetor for rebuild. I met some of the guys and had a great visit.     Made an order directly from their diagram. The parts received had the wrong fitting. Called customer service to try and get the correct fitting and was told to go to local vendor and get the correct parts. After spending well over $1000 on parts and (some back ordered with no receiving date) I expected better.

We find a lot of customers have unoriginal parts on their vehicles that can pose a problem with fitment. If we couldn't get the fitting you needed, something had to have been changed on your vehicle.     I've spent 8,000 there in the past 3 months.. I recommend them for everything.. with one exception.. any thing with a core charge re think.. do the math with the thought your cores are bad or are gonna be damaged in shipping. If the math still adds up go with these guys.. I found out to late.. lost $600. 00 dollars in 2 core charges. With no photos or proof .. or options to ship cases back. ... They could have been irreparable.. but the could have emailed some photos for $600.00 Dollars. Not accusations..just not handled professionally.. not mad. Just got my self a $600.00 tuition payment for the lesson .. would have went a different direction if I'd have know my core was no good .

    Thank you for your feedback - we emailed prepaid UPS labels over to you so you could get your old cores back. We also took care of the shipping both ways - the cores we got in were bad. The cases were cracked and scorn on the inside to the point where they were unusable. We always give core credit if possible – we just have to have usable cores to keep this going for people trying to restore their Jeeps. If you do ever get good cores, then we can refund you on the cost. We are happy to send labels for those too so it doesn’t cost you anything to ship. We always try to do everything we can to help and we do appreciate your business!

    Every time I call, "Mike" has the answers, every product were ordered was as advertised or better then expected, the order communication via email have been timely, correct and informative. Pricing is competitive or lower and no shipping for less then a hundred bucks... great. Lots of 4X4 sources online and from my experience, Kaiser Willys is the first place to check.
