Very good company 4 stars not 5 as their prices are a tad bit on the high dollar side. I can live with that when I need specific parts. They sell top of the line parts and their quick to answer their phones and provide help answering questions. Shopping around can get better prices but it's hit or miss as to the quality Kaiser Willys provides. They have excellent fast shipping and care is taken to properly pack and secure all their shipments. Yup I like them good people good products. .

Nonexistent communication, buck-passing and finger-pointing, excessively long order/ship times. The tracking number I asked for THREE TIMES came the day AFTER I received the order, in an email that stated my order had been delivered (no kidding). The only good thing was the price, which almost wasn't worth its benefit for having to put up with the rest. I'd give zero stars if I could.

We called and emailed you multiple times to get this corrected. Once this was corrected, your order was sent out a few days later. I would love to speak to you to get more information as to what we did wrong. I tried calling but left a voicemail. I emailed you again. We try our best to inform and help our customers so I'm really it ended this way.
Answer by Nick L.FlagDo not put this on me. Three different carriers all recognize our address. FedEx often drop-ships to USPS via their SmartPost system for last-mile delivery. All three regularly deliver to our address with no trouble. FedEx and UPS have both been to my house in the last week. I never received any purported emails directly following my order. It was only AFTER I contacted you, FIFTEEN DAYS after my order was placed, that I received an email wherein the issue of the address was mentioned, at which point I provided the 'optional address'. I had already checked my spam and trash folders and found nothing. As of right now, excepting the many sales emails I now receive, I have received exactly THREE emails about my order, and ALL of those came AFTER I first contacted you.

Sorry both Fedex and UPS had an issue with the address that was put online. We are always happy to help and here M-F 9-5 est too toll free. We even will try to answer emails to help customers over the weekend. Once we had the address confirmed - we got with the supplier to get it shipped. Mike V also tried to call you too over memorial weekend and left you a message.

I prefer the printed catalog first then finalizing order online.is a little frustration to order a small 5 dollar part then pay 9 dollars in shipping ship it. Very knowledgeable and helpful but their ordering/shipping systems often leave you confused. When you order and that order is shipped it no longer shows the items that they backorder. You have to figure that out on your own by comparing what you ordered to the shipment and then call to ask. Some time ago they did show back ordered items and it adds time and frustration that they no longer provide that information.

Wanted to swap the aftermarket steering wheel in the '75 CJ5 back to original. Their website is easy to navigate, but I wasn't sure exactly which steering wheel and kit I needed. Called them, they gave me the correct part numbers right away, and I completed my order online. The new steering wheel and kit arrived within 2-3 days and was exactly as described. I easily worked out a small fitment issue (which can be expected between a fifty-year old project vehicle and a new, factory spec part). The new steering wheel looks and steers great!

If information was shared with the customer regarding backordered items or items shipped from another location it would be helpful. I'd waste less of my time trying to figure out what happened, and waste less of your staff's time having to answer my questions about my order status.

KW is a go-to for me for parts for my MBs, GPW, older CJs, and my trucks. They are very reliable, seem to always have everything in stock, and they ship quick. Plus, I love that they are active in the hobby, going to shows, with videos on YouTube, and that they still have a print catalog, which I love to peruse. In short, I’ve never had a complaint or customer service problem, ever, and that goes back many years now. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for Jeep parts.

I have been ordering from K-W for quite some time, nearly a year. I am restoring a 1962 Willys CJ5. The staff at K-W has been very knowledgeable and willing to assist me with what probably seems like dumb questions. They are my first choice for my Jeep parts. In March I purchased a new, braced, floor for my Jeep. I knew this was a dropped shipped item from their supplier, as K-W has not carried such items in their warehouse in the past. I received a shipping notice within a couple days. The floor arrived, like nearly everything else in a reasonable time (about a week). It was delivered by either FedEx or UPS, I do not remember. It came wrapped in plastic, sustained no damage and I have it installed. In April I purchased a new, braced bed for my Jeep. Again, I knew this would be dropped shipped from K-W's supplier, for the aforementioned reasons. After one week I had not received any shipping notice for the bed, nor had I heard nothing from K-W. I telephoned K-W and spoke with a fellow (forgive me I did not get his name). After researching my order the fellow told me the bed was to be dropped shipped from their supplier. He told me the supplier, for some reason, wanted the name of a commercial business in my area, to drop off the bed instead of delivering it to me. I explained my previous purchase of the floor. The fellow placed me on hold and contacted their supplier. The matter was, I believe, resolved and I believe the bed has been shipped. The issue I have is the fact that no one, neither a representative from K-W, nor a representative from their supplier, contacted me about the shipping dilemma. I believe had I not contacted K-W to inquire, I would still be waiting for shipping info. Very unfortunate that my delivery was put off a week due to lack of communication between K-W and their supplier. The delay has cost me time and a window for assistance from another person.

navigation is great, I do have a suggestion for you, your rubber items such as shifter boots, floorbroad seals, and windshield seals, if you were to make a neoprene option for these items I would buy them, because I live in AZ and rubber starts disintegrating in the first year, and is pretty much gone by year 3, the AZ sun is brutal, an enemy to plastic and rubber products, a grocery bag sitting in summer sun disintegrates in 2 months, thank you considering this suggestion.
