  They saved our move-in day!! Moving into our house, we discovered the sellers had left a ton of junk behind. I called Junk King at 10am on a Saturday, and by 1:30pm that day they were at our new house and hauled away everything we wanted gone so we could move in. The guys were so helpful and accomodating. Amazing customer service!!

  I had a bad experience with a different company I attempted to hire to do the same job. I expressed my concerns with Junk King and they were very professional and great to work with. Called before they arrived and did the job I asked in a very timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the future for sure

  Great service. They went out if their way to help us get rid of a huge mess. We used their self-service 40yard dumpsters and had a crew come separately to clean our backyard. They were fast and on time. Importantly, they did the work, didn’t mess around with the timing, and there were no secret charges.

  These guys are very good at what they do. They were courteous, timely and very thoughtful. We were emptying out a relatives POD and they were so sweet during the process. We were treated very fairly on the price and I can’t tell you how grateful we are. They had next day availability and didn’t charge extra for that the whole process went smoothly from the phone calls with Charlie to the great guys that showed up to do the job. I’ll never use anyone else.

  The lady I spoke with to set up the job was very polite and knowledgeable.....the two young men that perform the service of removing our TV were very, very professional and polite....they did a great job snd were very nice and clean....I would recommend those two young men to any one that’s looking for your service...

  The two gentlemen called on the day of the appointment to let us know that they could come a little early which was perfect. They were dressed appropriately and it was nice to see that the truck looked professional and was clean. They walked through with me and took exactly what we had pointed out.   So thrilled with the service we received today! The team looked at everything that needed to be taken away prior to loading the truck. They had a strategic plan on how to go about loading the truck to maximize the space! So impressed with how quickly they moved to get the job done . Much better than our experience with Got Junk .. they Charged us hourly & well as the truck load .. that part they never discussed with us over the phone ! I strongly advise you using the Junk King ... we have the most positive experience! They even swept the areas where they removed junk! The garage was spotless when they left . I had to purge most of my 94 year old Mothers home, these professionals made my job so easy! I can’t thank them enough. I have no complaints.... can’t wait to purge my home next 👍 no one paid me to write this review either . I gave all the workers a $40.00 tip each! They worked So efficiently, professionally joyfully and worked as a team! Thank you Junk King 👑

  The driver wanted to charge me for a full truck when I only had five small to medium sized items. When I asked about a military discount he agreed to give me $20 discount. It seems expensive to me for the few items I had for removal. The driver was courteous but could not explain the high charges.

  I felt, I got cheated. The price list showed to me is very different on what I was charged. They picked up only 2 trucks and I was charged $1,358.00.Where in your list you can see this?I felt I got hold up. This is rediculous. I am a frontliner and I treat my patients fairly enough.I felt so bad and this is very disappointing that I experienced like this here in America.

  The service was fast and the lowest quote we received. They did have to arrange for a second load at an additional cost, but even with the additional cost it was 30% lower than the other estimates. The guys were very professional.
