  Had an appointment next day. The representative arrived early the next day. He came in took a look at the stuff and gave a fair quote. It was hauled away very quickly. The representative was professional, courteous, and kind. Good experience overall, would return if services were required.

  The movers were skilled and knowledgeable. They also went the extra mile to remove a few extra items. Therefore, I was disappointed at their seeming indifference to be careful. They were asked to wear booties in the house; only one of three did. This resulted in muddy spots on the carpet. There were dents left on doorways, ceilings, and bannisters. There was no effort to acknowledge them (except for one), nor any mention a claim process.

  Junk King did a fantastic job! They came out on a Sunday because of a huge snow storm coming Monday, my original scheduled date, and were great communicators. The workers were polite and professional and did a great job as usual for a fair price and saved my aching back!

  This company responded quickly after calling. They performed an onsite assessment within two days . John and his crew were very professional . The quote was worth the money and they actually reduced the price after completing the tasks faster than they quoted. They definitely don't try to take advantage of you. Great crew and I definitely recommend their services. And we plan to use them again at the church.

  Top notch. My move was Junior who came by himself loaded every item quickly even the box full of books that was super heavy. He also called before he arrived as I was told and well within the window for arrival. I so appreciate that. I cannot remember the lady's name that took my initial call but she was also very nice and helpful. I will call Junk king and hope to get the same level of service. Thank you for the customer service which is sorely lacking these days.

  What an amazing experience! I got rid of so much junk, it was definitely worth calling JUNK KING. From online check in, scheduling, and pick up it was easy. They post the cost of items so there are no surprises, plus I got a discount for scheduling online :)

  Jonathan and his associate was on time, professional in all aspects between each other and myself. Both gentlemen were efficient in their tasks associated with this material movement out of the house. Additionally, they both remained very careful to follow required local and state requirements for social distancing yet remained interactive with all present and accommodating to needs of wiping feet when entering my home (post Snow Storm) from the day before. Very pleased with the entire experience.
