  Friendly from the phone contact to the people picking up. Very easy to use. I got a call when they were on their way and they arrived at the time promised. It feels wonderful to dispose of this unwanted furniture from my son’s apartment.

  We had a pile of construction materials laying in the yard for years(brick, cement, concrete, pvc, wood, plants and dirt). FInally got tied of it so I called junk kings. They came between the hours they said. Communication was great, called to figure out what exactly needed to be picked up and called to let us know their eta. Came in gave us a quote and got to work. One hour and a half later they had finished the job. They left it better than I thought, really picked up everything and I was very happy with everything. I booked online and had no problem what so ever. Price was reasonable too. 10/10... I would/ will use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone needing junk removed. Thank you!

  Excellent experience. They arrived on time, and removed all the debris from our deck demolition quickly and without incident. While they were not the cheapest option out there, the extra expense was well worth it for a job well done. They were friendly, professional, and got the job done in half the time we expected. When it comes to junk removal, these guys are truly the Kings!

  The Junk King did a great job to disassemble my bed frame and carefully brought my bed frame, mattress, and box spring down a flight of stairs! I appreciated the team communicating so well throughout the process. This service was a huge help as I move out of state.

  The team that arrived was absolutely outstanding. Professional, timely (to the minute!!), and so kind. They were cautious of not scratching floors/walls, and did a wonderful job getting a difficult couch out and downstairs. They were sensitive to the fact that I had work calls while they were here too. I cannot recommend them enough, and will be sure to reach out again when needed. Thank you SO much for your help, it made all the difference!

  It was easy to call and get a quote and schedule an appointment. Their website is also very intuitive and easy to use. The team that came out was very communicative of when they would arrive. They arrived within the designated window set up when I scheduled the pick up, and down to the minute of when they said they would be there the day of . They were courteous and efficient and had everything carried out and packed up quickly. I would use Junk King again.

  JR at Junk King was a pleasure to work with. My mother’s apartment was cleaned out quickly. JR texted me a few times to check that certain pieces of furniture we’re staying or if he was taking them. He kept me updated as I could not be there due to Covid.. He sent me pictures of the items in question & then the emptied apartment & filled truck. I would definitely recommend Junk King. They are reliable and easy to work with.

  Joe was communicative and prompt showing up an hour early before our window! Super friendly and affordable to get the old mattress taking up space in my apartment out of my hair. Lupe was incredibly quick to respond to me and had a someone scheduled within 20 minutes of my initial request. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

  Great service. Online appointment was easy. They confirmed the day before via text. Drivers called 10 minutes before arrival. Quote was reasonable and is based on how much space you take up in their truck. Will definitely call them in future.

  They arrived on time and both guys were professional in their behavior, were incredibly efficient in removing a couch and recliner without any damage to my floors, walls or entry door. Junk King was far cheaper in cost than two other removal services I contacted. I highly recommend this company!
