  I would highly recommend Junk King. In preparation for an upcoming move I had to have my garage cleaned out as well as some large furniture removed. I called Junk King in mid morning and they were able to come that same afternoon. The kept me posted as to their time of arrival. The estimate was reasonable. George and Andrew were professional and courteous did a great job cleaning out the garage and removing the furniture. I highly recommend Junk King and I would use again.

  Good company. Able to get a pick up quickly, notified in advance when they were a few minutes away, polite and professional personnel, good prices. even offered to sweep up dusty areas before they left.

  Their service was so easy, from the scheduling online and getting an estimate and appointment quickly. They were super efficient, assessing the items being taken and quickly getting everything out. Would definitely use them again!

  They’re quick, efficient and fair. Gets the job done if you’re unable to. Peace of mind that the junk is finally removed. I don’t know if they do, but would like to think some items are donated rather than sitting in a land fill. Those items that can be donated are up to the customer - that you must do if you’re in a position to do so. I was not and needed everything removed.

  Three gentlemen did an excellent job! Dylan, Jacob and Free are great problem solvers on to collect heavier items! They were respectful with my items and cleaned up afterwards!

  Adequate but unprofessional. They showed up on time but didn't bring enough equipment to complete the job in the estimated time. Even though a service rep promised to invoice us, the actual pickup crew claimed invoicing was not allowed and said they would only accept payment onsite. One of the crew stopped working to call HQ and ask how we were going to pay, pushing the job over an hour. They would have been done in an hour if they'd brought enough carts. And then even though we paid our invoice immediately upon completion of the job, the crew head threatened to dump our pickup if his supervisor didn't call him to confirm payment. They literally threatened us with the consequences of non-payment AFTER we paid.

  Junk King is my ace in the hole. I was working on a cleanup project and realized I needed things removed today so that I could have a clean space for a sale tomorrow. The couch and bed were in the way and were gone within a few hours! They loaded the dust balls in their truck and they were on their way! Thanks Junk King for saving my day.

  The service was excellent. The guys were fast and efficient. I, unfortunately did not check their work before they left ( I am disabled and can't do the stairs), so when my brother came by the following day he noticed that the cellar had not been finished. There was a large amount of rust from an old cabinet and broken glass not only on the floor but on my clothes dryer as well and the floor was not swept clean per our agreement. I loved everything thing else but that was very disappointing and I will call them to come back and finish the job that I paid for.
