  For the time I called to set up the appointment to the time they removed my old treadmill, everything was handled in a very professional manner and staff was very conscious of being careful not to damage my property while removing treadmill.and pricing was much better than others. Highly recommended.

  Everyone was great, From the time they answered the phone, thru scheduling & then when the guys came out to give an estimate. They brought the junk truck with them the NEXT DAY just incase I liked the estimate…that way I wouldn’t have to wait to have them come out again. The guys were able to take a large 5 piece sectional/upright piano/dresser & large heavy TV!! The price was very reasonable too! Will definitely use them again👍🏼👍🏼

  My furniture was removed quickly and efficiently. I was however surprised that neither of the workers entering the building or my apartment or wearing masks during this time of Covid. I would expect that a company would follow Covid protocol.

  Jim was very professional. Gave me a fair price, helped me with all the bags, unscrewed a pull up bar, removed baskets full of books that were really high up, donated the books and even texted me the receipt. Very high quality junk removal service. Highly recommend.

  You were all so efficient and kind ! I would use your services again for anything, any time! We went through a disastrous move in September-I paid for a “Platinum Move “ & got 2 UHalls and 3 men, two of whom had never moved anyone before. All boxes unlabeled, for example. Can’t find anyone to help; I wish Everyone were as professional as you were!

  Had a dryer needing to be picked up, scheduling was a easy and friendly. Came out the ver next day (today 12/24 to pick it up even though I placed my call later in the day!) the team that came out called before so I would know they were on the way, super professional and very friendly! Would definitely use Junk King again. Prices kind of high but definitely a good service.

  The process was seamless and professional from start to finish. My initial call was answered promptly and I received the relevant information in an efficient manner. They were able to accommodate my date and short time frame, providing an estimate and pickup at the same time. Delivery window was a reasonable 2 hrs and the driver called ahead to update me on their arrival time. The haulers were professional and maintained good communication throughout. My items were moved quickly into the truck with care and consideration to my property. They adhered to CoVid precautions wearing masks and distancing throughout. I highly recommend and intend to use this company in the future.
