  Reached out to Junk King late Tuesday. 3 items picked up Wednesday morning. Less than 24 hours, all communication done through text, good rate. Very pleased with the overall communication and process. If needed will use again in the future.

  I scheduled the appointment the day before, and it’s easy to do. On the day, they called 15 minutes before they arrived as promised in the confirmation email. Once arrived, they took the stuff away and explained the charge. Very professional. The experience is smooth and easy. Will use their services again next time.

  I was SHOCKED that it cost me $300 to remove 2 couches from my yard. The guy actually started out much higher. I told him there was a discount for scheduling online.

  We found the staff to be very professional and courteous. They were able to schedule a visit right away which was very nice because it was a last minute call that we made. We had to reschedule the first visit and they were running late for the second visit due to staffing but those things happen and we were appreciative of their communication along the way. They didn't leave us waiting and wondering like so many scheduled visits can be. It may not have been within our "scheduled timeline" but because they reached out to us and were trying to be flexible with our limited schedule it didn't matter because they were really trying to work with us and wanted to make sure they had enough people to pick up our items. We will definitely use them again in the future and I would recommend their services. Very good customer service!

  Very simple, fast, and cheap. They called shortly before arriving, were wearing masks, and promptly hauled my bed frame away. They accepted check payment. I had considered yellowbag first, but these guys were almost half the price. Thank you Junk King!

  The first quote we were given was $368 for 1/2 a truckload. We agreed to this number because we were 99.9% sure that our material would not fill up 1/2 the truck. Once they were done, we went outside to look and the truck bed was not even 1/4 of the way filled. When I questioned this, it was then explained that drywall is quoted also by weight. This was NEVER explained to me. Based on this, they then quoted me $348 with an additional $20 off because I booked online. They already loaded the truck so we had to pay. I called customer care after this to express my concerns about not being forthcoming in the way they quote jobs. I was told by customer care they agreed with my concerns and that drywall is not measured by weight, and it would be escalated to the owner. The owner called me a few days later and accused me of having "buyers remorse" and that I was just looking for money back. He was so rude and unprofessional it was mind blowing that he runs a business. When I said that it's not about the money and more that I felt like I was scammed and lied to, he responded with then you shouldn't have agreed to the quote. Absolutely AWFUL customer care. I would never recommend them to anyone as they are dishonest and completely rude.

  This was the second time we used Junk King. This time we needed a self-load dumpster for a kitchen renovation project. The service we received from Junk King was fantastic! Their employees are courteous, prompt and considerate of your property. The cost for the rental was extremely competitive—less than any other we obtained.
