They provided me with an initial estimate that appeared quite high, but, ultimately adjusted the price some to the point that I? found acceptable (though, it still seemed steep, but.   Delivered as promised: attractive estimate, immediate removal, friendly technicians. Jeff and Noah worked efficiently and left the site both clear and straightened. (I did not expect straightening along with removal. I also did not expect technicians ready to talk about philosophy (Nietzsche, Bertrand Russell) as they were finishing up!

  They gave me a quote for the whole house and they didn’t finish they came back twice and they only did one and a half rooms if they would’ve told me they wasn’t going to do the whole thing I would’ve went with another company and I gave them a tip the first day because they said they was going to get it all done the next day I would not recommend this company Then they had another truck with them and only one person in that truck helped and they wrote my quote on the back of a paper if you have anything to ask me please fill free to reach out

  The guys didn’t bring bags for the junk. They just stood around doing nothing while we went to get trash bags, instead of moving bigger items. The second truck didn’t get there until an hour in, but we still had to pay for 2 hours of labor from 4 people? All of the workers were nice, just inefficient for what we paid.

  I highly recommend Junk King. The dumpster was dropped off and picked up as scheduled. They called before drop off and pick up. The customer service was also exceptional. This was my first time using this type of service. They answered all of my questions. You will not be disappointed!

  This is my first time using JUNK KING and I was very pleased with The estimate and the gentlemen who took all the stuff from my home were great. The men were patient kind and very professional.They worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up all the areas they took my stuff form and I didn't have to do anything except tell and show them what I wanted to go .They even double checked to see if I had any additional items to go. This was such a pleasant experience I will be sure to recommend JUNK KING to my friends and relatives. Thanks so much. It has taken a lot off my mind to get things done and so pleasantly. I saw an ad on TV and went to the internet where I found an abundance of info in JUNK KINS add to answer all the questions I had. This is the best and clearest information I have received . I am 80 years old and have checked out a lot of companies and their info was clear and informative. Thanks again. I also wanted to thank the men who did such a good job. They introduced themselves but I have a poor memory for names. They really made me feel safe while they worked.

  Excellent service from beginning to end. Scheduling with Geo was a breeze. The crew was Michael, Michael 4.0 and Javier came from the Fort Worth location I believe.   Prompt and were not hesitant to remove all junk, trash, and smelly refuse left by tenant. They were a life saver. They even ripped up and discarded all the ruined carpet in the house. Very happy with their service. Completed cleaning out the 1500 square feet house in approximately 3 hours. Some light trash did get away and scatter to the neighbors lawns, though. And, the price would have been fair at $600 vs $800, but I was still very glad to have the house cleaned out.

  After getting the run around from other junk removers it was a great relief to speak to someone at a business who would actually quote a price without requiring a visit and/or a photo. So ridiculous !!! Why on earth would they want a photo of an old mattress? Haven't they seen one before? Every phone call I made to Junk King to set up the job was answered promptly and politely. The pick up guys were fine - arrived on time and did the job in a professional way. A good experience.

  Outstanding job completed here. Three man crew were strong, capable, careful and personable. Removal of furniture was handled swiftly with in less than an hour. Melissa provided our estimate and came with the truck supervising the work. Recommend highly!

  Cody and Kenny just left my house where they removed a large driving lawnmower and attachment. They were on time, professional and courteous. Pricing was very fair.   I called Junk Works around noon. They were at my house 5 hours later! They did an AWESOME job! Very reasonable price! I have more purging to do and will definitely call them for the job!

  Great experience. Price was just what was quoted and they made sure I knew about any fees for certain items. They came in time and loaded everything up quickly. I will definitely use them the next time I need things removed!

  We had a lot of debris left from the previous home owners (above ground pool and greenhouse) and it took a little over a truck full to remove, we think the price was fair for what we had. The hauling crew was incredibly fast and had great customer service. Will definitely be recommending to our friends.
