  Junk king we’re very professional. Always kept their appointments and gave us a good deal. I had them remove a 6 seat hot tub. The initial analysis was to cut it in half but the nice folks who came in to do the work were able to do that without cutting it. I wish they could have told me that they don’t need to cut. That would have saved me from spending money. Otherwise they completed the job quickly and neatly

  They removed our big hot tub. It was next to our patio. The only way it could come out was to cut it in half. They were in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours. When finished they cleaned up where it had been sitting for 15 years, so you can imagine how dirty the concrete underneath was. Good price too.

  Fast, friendly service. Very responsive. They were able to arrive early and move 2 couches and 1/3 of our garage in 20 minutes. Plus pricing was reasonable on top of all that!. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

  Called them by phone. They were professional in meeting my needs and gave me next day am service. The employee that came to pick up was courteous. He explained a little more about the company. Junk Kings gets 4 stars because I feel their fee was a bit high. I would consider having them come back. I would recommend them but with the explanation that they charge more than what it costs to recycle material yourself. Junk Kings charged about 3 times as much as it would cost me. And I would not have taken it to a landfill. We are a retired couple living on one pension. Husband is chronically ill. Not a lot of time to take care of extra “junk”. Thank you for opportunity to review. We wish you a good day.

  The guys were great very professional but this the 2nd time I use junk king and both times later then appt time. I get there are issues can't perceive but both times I used them. It's a two hour window so don't understand why o had to deal with this esp when I needed to be somewhere very important. Also price seemed high from last time I used. Again the guys were great

  Couldn’t find a dumpster for my home project that would deliver within 20 days. Junk King was there the next day! We didn’t need much but the little dumpster was perfect. Didn’t think we reached the 1 ton limit but I guess we did because we were charged the full amount. They did give us a 30 rental (compared to 3 days) so we had that access which was important to our project. Great job… great service!!!

  This company was very professional and quickly responded to my requests. The 2 men who removed our furniture were punctual and professional. My only (small) complaint was they weren’t wearing masks when they arrived. I don’t let unmasked workers in my house with the Covid positivity rate being at 10%. One worker retrieved his mask from the truck. The other willingly used an unopened mask I supplied. (I always keep packs of new masks.) Good company. I recommend them.

  Super Great folks. They bend over backwards to do whatever you want. This is the second time I have called them and their service just keeps getting better.   I have used Junk King’s services twice. They are friendly, professional & get the job done. All of our “junk” was heavy and they had no problem moving the items from the basement, first floor or from the back of the house. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

  These guys are top notch. Call center was fantastic, scheduled my job for next morning service. And Cam and Noah are the absolute best!! They go above and beyond to provide quality service. I had a difficult situation and their problem solving skills and tenacity saved the day. I can’t say enough about these guys. Seriously, call them. They’re going to take care of whatever you need gone!

(moved 2 mattresses and dismantled and removed a queen size ikea bed frame/ head and footboard in less than 30 minutes - my building has an elevator but the efficiency was still mind blowing) I would call and recommend again in a heartbeat!   Initially had a hiccup with the time of the pick up. But I give them credit because within an hour they resolved it and came and picked up at my garage. The two men who came were extremely strong and willing to work with my budget. I would use them again.
