  Thomas & Edward were totally AWESOME!!! They called with update on arrival time. They were both exceedingly friendly and courteous. They were understanding that although I had sorted things a couple of days ago between stay & go, my water heater broke yesterday & flooded the garage. I was in the process of resorting a this afternoon after the WH replaced this morning but had not finished when they arrived. They were so kind to work around the mess. I had no idea what to expect, but again they were great. I will recommend Junk King to others. Great service & reasonable prices.

  This company is awesome. They were prompt with my estimate and it was the most reasonable out of every junk company I tried. The guys that came by to remove it were nice and friendly and so fast! I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I will definitely call them again!

  Andre & Gil showed up on time, quickly assessed how much space in their truck would be required to haul away our stuff. They provided a quote for the job and the price was very reasonable.   I called Junk King to remove 2 trash cans worth of waste. A relatively small amount, but I needed it gone asap. The 2 guys showed up on time and gave me a great discount because the load was small. They could have charged me full price, but chose not to because it didn’t seem right. That is priceless. They have earned my business now, and in the future.

  I rate Roberto with 0 stars. He has an attitude problem! Charlie called me to ask me if they could come earlier. Which I then asked him if they could give me 30 minutes. It was only about 22 minutes but that’s fine. Once they got here I had everything set up for them to take. I had three picture boxes that I was going through when they arrived. So I asked them to take a recliner for me and Roberto said that the recliners are $98 by themselves. So that he could do the whole job for $275. I didn’t ask him how much without the chair. He told me $225. I let him know the boxes were not full. He then said $125. As I finished he told me he couldn’t put anything else in. I told him I could’ve left the pictures in the box. He told me that they could put all of my stuff in the street because he is not going to hackle back & forth. Charlie came & got the picture box. I then saw they hadn’t put other items that was included the first time when he gave the price. Upon payment that Charlie took, I noticed it was $150! So you charged me an additional $25.00 for three EMPTY picture boxes & then gave me so much attitude! Beware!

  Both young men that came to get my water damaged junk were personable and hard workers. It is nice to see hard workers. They should both be given a sizable raise. They are young men the company should reward.

  Junk King employees were professional and punctual, removing 3 pieces of furniture and an old refrigerator. When there was a miscommunication about fees which resulted in a charge over the quoted fee, AJ went above and beyond to reimburse the difference at his own personal inconvenience. Highly recommend.
