  Easy to schedule, kept me informed of arrival time, same day service, fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I also like the fact that Junk King will try to find a new owner fir my discarded items. I am very busy, Junk King made this easy. Worth every penny.

  The gentleman who came to 1257 wild goose way zip code 45458 on 8-20-22 at 130pm were nothing short of exceptional Hard working, kind, efficient, great personalities are just a few of the words I can use to describe them. I will not hesitate in the future to use junk king for removal of items that are not needed anymore. I really like how you guys repurpose stuff that is still of quality to help others.   The 2 men called ahead, gave accurate estimate of when they would arrive (they actually arrived earlier than estimated) Both were VERY polite, VERY efficient- they removed my item within 10 minutes -very professional in all aspects. I've used their service before and have always had the same professional, respectful workers. I will always reccomend Junk King.

  Their service was very good.They were efficient and listened to what needed to be cleared out. I object to their pricing. They had 2 trucks come here but the amount of junk I had filled one truck. I still got charged for two. I did not realize that only one truck was full until after I paid. Check before you pay.

  From my initial phone call to the items being picked up, the service was excellent. With Nicole and Sara in customer Service being patient and very knowledgeable, I was immediately ready to schedule. The gentlemen who came and took away my items-Sterling and Chris, were friendly, kind, considerate and fast moving. In my opinion, they all deserve a raise in pay.   Thomas & Edward were totally AWESOME!!! They called with update on arrival time. They were both exceedingly friendly and courteous. They were understanding that although I had sorted things a couple of days ago between stay & go, my water heater broke yesterday & flooded the garage. I was in the process of resorting a this afternoon after the WH replaced this morning but had not finished when they arrived. They were so kind to work around the mess. I had no idea what to expect, but again they were great. I will recommend Junk King to others. Great service & reasonable prices.
