  Junk King is great! I scheduled my appointment online. I received a text the day before the appointment. As promised, I received a phone call about 25 minutes before arrival the following day. They arrived right on time. Removed everything we wanted taken way. Junk King does everything - disassembled a bed frame, we didn’t have to lift a finger. I would highly recommend Junk King.

  The service I received today was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Jerrell and his partner called me 20,minutes out to give me time to prepare. Both gentlemen were delightful, courteous , kind and super careful not to nick any walls, etc. They were very professional, thoughtful, planned out their strategy to execute the job efficiently. I was stunned how quickly and we’ll they emptied my house - much of which they had to carry from downstairs to upstairs. I would not only recommend and use Junk King in the future but would ask for Jarrell and his partner. They are top notch - the BEST!

  I used this company two years ago at my business. So I called them for my home to clear out my storage unit and some items that were on my terrace. The driver left two plastic bins on my terrace so I called him to come back and he said he would. I have been trying to get the company today to remove the two items that I put outside for them to pick up. They have refused to do that. They say their driver cleared the area. I think this company should not just take pictures when they come to a job site but take pictures after the job is done. Especially if they do not want to take the customers word. All they had to do was look at the pictures to see the two items I was describing. No call from the owner. Just some nice ladies who have nothing to do but send him the information. Obviously he does not care. I don’t think anybody should pay for a service that they do not have the confidence in the company to come back and finish. I will use someone different the next time I need junk removed. And I hope anyone who reads this will do the same.

  I would definitely recommend. The services were reasonably priced, the team arrived on time (actually early!), they were pleasant and respectful of our property. They made quick work in hauling away a smelly refrigerator. My heroes!!

  Have used our local Junk King office several times with uniformly excellent results. The three men were prompt, very attentive to our needs, and very focused on getting the job done quickly, as usual. I have recommended them to friends who have had equally good experiences. I use them because they recycle much of what they pick up, which makes me feel good about sharing items that could find a new home. Will be calling on them again in a few weeks to help dispose of some old furniture and more items.

  My experience with Junk King Chattanooga was incredible! The booking process was simple, the estimate I was given beforehand was almost spot on, and the guys they sent were courteous and professional. They called before their scheduled arrival time to let me know how far out they were. Then, when they arrived they got everything moved out quickly and efficiently! If I need a service like this in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Junk King again. 100% recommend!

  I was told the labor would be 75.00 and hour for 2 men, when they arrived I was told it would be 150.00 per man! I hired them for 1 hour and they were awesome!!! I was disappointed with the bait and switch on the charges! I will not use them again!

  This was an exceptionally pleasant experience. From the initial contact, Junk King was responsive, pleasant, competent, respectful and professional. They communicated frequently and appropriately. They arrived early after confirming that was acceptable. The crew went to work quickly and was organized. Additionally, they were cognizant of protecting my home and contents. It was worth every penny of their fee. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. In a day where no one seems to be interested in working or doing a good job - Junk King stands out like a shining star.
