  The team came out and assessed the situation first then gave me a very reasonable estimate. I accepted the offer and they began removing my Junk. The two gentleman were very professional. I am not done with my cleaning and will call Junk King back to finish my job.

  I called Junk Kings completely desperate after another company (800GOTJUNK) stood me up for an appointment I had made 2 days prior. I contacted the other company first and they stated their system “glitched” and didn’t schedule my appointment (even though they read off all the appointment details to me). They told me there was no way they could get anyone to me today even though it was their mistake. And couldn’t get anyone here tomorrow before my new furniture was being delivered. I called Junk Kings at 2 pm completely desperate. The people who answered the phone were so kind and they put me into the schedule as an add-on this afternoon. Cameron arrived within an hour of me calling. They were SO professional and got rid of my huge sectional in no time. Not only were they super accommodating and professional….they gave me a discount instead of price gouging! 10/10 would recommend. Junk Kings is the ONLY company I will ever use again!

  I was particularly impressed with both men who removed junk from my property! They were extremely respectful and conducted themselves at all times in a business-like manner! I'd give a rating of 10 !!!!!!!!!

  Have used them for several years as we downsize our 1904 bungalow, where we have lived since 1984. Always prompt, always friendly and hardworking people. Have dealt with everything up to a cast iron bathtub. We love the fact that so much can be recycled and donated. Will continue to use them.

  They received a call on Sunday afternoon and less than 12 hours later, I received a phone call saying he was going to pick up my stuff then a couple of hours later he called and said all done. The amount was 30 dollars less than the estimate. I would use these folks again in a heartbeat

  I would without a doubt recommend Paul and Junk King. They are great to work with, professional and courteous! They removed an old beaten camper for us that proved to be not an easy task as it could not be towed but rather needed a flatbed to haul it out. Paul met with several obstacles, tow companies cancelling and salvage yard refusals but he persevered and got the job done!! Absolutely amazing!!

That opens no 'dialogue.' And no 'dialogue' can be had "through the customer and the website," as they state, because one cannot dialogue with a website. The dialogue, if there is one, should be between the customer, the public, and the company that hired 'Verified Reviews' to handle its customer comments. There you have it.

  Company raised its rates 67.2% in 2 years. At the same time, its website promises an 'on-site' quote before the job is completed. We were neither warned of Junk King nearly doubling their price since we last hired them (2021), nor were we ever provided a quote before the job was done and billed--early quote, on-site quote, or any quote. It seemed to me to be a deliberate and fairly deceptive ripoff.. I say it seemed. That does not mean I should be quoted--in any context--as saying that it was. Take my point.

  Staff was friendly and professional. $169 for two lawn mowers and a edger for recycling is a bit too much. Ridiculous actually. Will not use in the future. Extremely over priced.
