  They arrived right on time. Two super nice young gentlemen. I showed them what I wanted them to take and they told me upfront how much it would cost. I agreed and they immediately started loading the truck. They were efficient, careful, friendly and I would ask for them again if need be or at least highly recommend…..Ken & Tyler were their names if you are in the Cincinnati area. So happy to know they will be donating my usable items. Thanks Junk-King!!!!

  Requested an estimate a few days ago. They asked for pictures and descriptions of the items that needed to be taken. Junk King estimated the total would be $328 but that this might change slightly when the worker arrived to haul the junk away. During the arrival timeframe I requested, the local branch called saying that they would not be able to make it during the desired time. The person also asked for a rundown of the items and said that the initial estimate sounded low but they would be able to tell more on arrival. After arriving, they gave an estimate of $696, more than double the original estimate! They did not honor the $20 discount that the Junk King website advertises. There was also an un-advertised 3% credit/debit fee. I did not end up having all of my items removed because of the bait and switch pricing. First time/last time customer.

  Price was not established before they came. The two workers gave me several prices. They agreed to take my couch for a lower price if I gave them a cash tip that was very high. Dumb me I should have negotiated the tip but I needed the room cleared.

  Called for an estimate and they were able to send a team on the very same day. Team arrived in the specified timeframe and I was able to negotiate the cost quickly.   They arrived when they said they would. Super friendly and helpful! They gathered “stuff” from 4 different places and loaded it all carefully on the truck. I love the idea that they try to recycle as much as they can. They were very cheerful an upbeat. It’s so nice to deal with positive people When they were done packing up everything we were getting rid of, they helped us carry our dining room chairs from the pod to our dining room I highly recommend Junk King Albany and will certainly call them again the next time we have a clean out project!

  Junk King of North Houston provided service above any other company i have used Their upfront transparent pricing was clear, drop off of the dumpster was perfect For pickup they made sure i got a full 3 days rental snd worked with me on removal time The final dumpster was loaded with 5000 lbs of wood and junk and they picked it up with no problems Great customer service from both the office and the driver i will be calling them again Jacke W.

  They came earlier then the time frame i had selected which isn’t a bad thing but they broke a mirror and left broken glass in my driveway along with not taking small pieces of trash which then blew into my yard. Seems like you’d get a bit more for $500

  I am completely amazed at the job these guys did. I am renting out my home, and have 4 years worth of stuff I needed to get rid of, it would’ve taken me a month by myself, these guys literally cleaned everything out in a couple of hours,. extremely affordable, I expected it to be twice the cost but man they busted it out in no time.
