  JD and Jesus arrived on time for a quick quote on how much their service would be to empty out my storage unit. The quote was reasonable and they began the process of removing all the items from my unit and completing it in about an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend Junk King.

  I chose this company because I was under the impression that what was taken they tried to recycle if in good condition. The crew that picked up our things just thru it all in the truck, didn't even try to save anything. I doubt any of the items are reusable now. Very disappointed.

  I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Don and his assistant were professionals who worked very hard to remove the appliances and furniture I needed removed from my home. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. I recommend them highly and I will definitely use them again in the future.

  I HIGHLY recommend Junk Works - Golden Triangle. My Mom is downsizing from a large house to a small apartment so we had A LOT of furniture and household items to get rid of, in a short amount of time. George Hickson, owner and operator, quickly came to give us an estimate, which was approximately $100 less than other estimates we received. He also was able to accommodate our tight schedule and picked up the items at the exact time we had requested! George explained he could take many of our items to a thrift shop that supports a domestic violence non-profit in the region - a definite win, in our opinion! Such a great alternative to just taking our older, but gently used items to the dump. Professional. Friendly. Trustworthy. Personable. Responsive. Good value. I would use this company again in a heartbeat! Thank you Geoge and Xavier for such wonderful service.

  Service was excellent. They came when they said they would and hauled my yard waste quickly. The two gentlemen were polite and helpful. The price was more than I expected, which is the only reason I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5.

  The process was as simple as could be. They came out same day, sent a quote, and took it away after I accepted the quote. I was home, but didn’t need to be because my items were already outside and they offer email invoices. The three people who took my things away were extremely pleasant and kind, as well!

  Excellent. I paid another company to pick up a mattress the day before I was moving, I was assured multiple times it would be picked up, but it wasn’t. The next day they wanted to reschedule for the following day. I called Junk King and they showed up in less than an hour and took the mattress of my hands. Would recommend to anyone.

  I am a senior citizen who could not be happier with Junk King South. I called at 8 am Mon am and a crew was there by 11am. My basement was full of bulky, heavy items and my driveway was packed with many trash bags and miscellaneous junk. Zach, Will, Joey and Evan did an amazing job taking care of us. They even had to disassemble a large sets of shelves. It was a full truck load. I am recommending this company to all my friends. Thank you, Junk King Guys!!

  I’ve had 2 experiences with Junk King. The first experience was great. This last time was not good. They damaged a window frame from removing a window and tossing furniture out of it. On the process, glass shattered everywhere although one of the crew members also earned the other members not to do it. I’m still cleaning up glass out of the driveway a week later. Afterwards, they tried to charge me more per truckload than originally quoted until questioned. The manager called while they were there and he was obviously more concerned with the getting the crew to the next job than my satisfaction. I was very disappointed.

  Junk king was great. The only problem I had was that I am a second time, customer. The service man that took my junk away said the office had me down as a first time customer. Therefore I didn’t receive the $30 off for being a repeated customer.

  Extremely professional and friendly gentlemen. The guys helped me out in a pinch and we’re extremely personable as well. In a world where people get caught up in the “go go go” mentality in business, it was extremely refreshing to encounter to a couple guys who got the work done and seemed to be very proud of what they do.

  The 3 guys who came out were about as polite as anyone under 30 I've ever met. Super professional but up for a chat. They made quick work of some gross furniture in our basement, some old bikes in our garage, and went on their way. It was a good experience. I paid $425 because it filled 1/4 of the truck. I'm a cheap person, but the convenience was worth it.

  They were very friendly and prompt, and for an extra 100.00 were willing to come to my home about 30 miles away.However there was a major problem. I called to have trash cleaned up and hauled from a large drainage ditch out front of my home, and I needed it done right away! Unfortunately that did not happen. The men were here an hour and a half (not the two I was told they would be), and they spent that time cleaning up the bank of the ditch.When I went out to check their progress I was told they would not do my ditch(the most important thing I needed done!). It cost me 500.00 for what they did and I still did not get my main problem solved!! For plain old haul away junk stuff I would say they are probably great, but I am left with a problem because they did not do what I called for.

  Great service! We had a dumpster delivered the same day. Communication with both customer service and driver was professional and very responsive. I would highly recommend Junk King.

  Easy to work with and very flexible. Called to set up a pickup and within 24 my items were gone. I've used them 2 other times and have always received excellent service. Would recommend them without hesitation.

  This outfit is great. The two men who came to my house were friendly, quick and neat. Sorry - can't remember their names, not because they are not memorable but because I have no memory. I recommend them highly
