  We would definitely chose Junk King again. Great price, perfect size dumpster for a cleanout, prompt and on time service and the workers were friendly and pleasant. Already recommending Junk King to our neighbors who saw the dumpster in our driveway and inquired.

  I was pleased with the customer service and the driver professionalism. I was a bit unclear about what was not allowed. I read the website and felt confident that what we wanted to dispose of was allowed, but there we some issues. I think that the info and the drop-off drivers could be clearer. I told both the scheduler and the drivers that we were doing a kitchen demo, and no one told me which items would need verification. The pickup drivers handled it well, though, and it turned out we had the verification. I would recommend to others, but it would save people time/headache if you were to make it clearer up front.

  Junk King is my #1 go-to when I need anything picked up and removed. They provide the best customer service each time. Jake and James were fantastic today. They explained the pricing and removes all items quickly. I highly recommend junk King. I know there are other companies out there but Junk King won’t disappoint you.

  Junk King was great! Gave me a proper heads up when they were on their way, gave me a quote upfront, no surprise charges or fees, and even gave a discount on an item I added at the last minute. On top of that, they were very quick and efficient and even came up to my place to grab the stuff. I was very impressed and pleased!

  I had an apartment of furniture to remove because I'm moving out state. Chose Junk King because of the great reviews and ease of getting a quick pick-up. Two great guys showed up, took a look at what I had and made a fair offer. Removal didn't take long. Great service!

  It was very easy to schedule a pick up with Junk King! When they had an earlier pick up time they called me with the option. I was delighted. The pick up guys called me 20 minutes before arrival. On arrival they were very personable, friendly, and professional. The furniture they were taking was a sofa with two recliners and a loveseat with two recliners - so very heavy. The guys did a great job getting them out and into their truck! They were very careful not to scratch my floors or doors. I’d use them again! 😊 Great job!

  The ease and speed of which my junk was removed was great. The two workers who removed it were great but the driver of the truck was extraordinarily rude to myself and his coworkers. It was very off putting.

  I was pleasantly surprised by how timely and efficient the encounter wise- usually when booking work/utility type stuff, you get a “time window” with no basis in reality. They were on time, super polite, and had the stuff moved out to their dumpster/truck within 5 minutes.

  Had a dumpster ordered for delivery on Friday between 8-12. I called at noon they said they would call the driver and call me back in five minutes. 40 minutes later after no call I called back and was told their truck was in the shop so I couldn’t get a dumpster till Monday would that be okay. I said no so I was offered $50 if I could wait till Monday. I said no unless you can take $100 off. We argued for a few minutes and then they said they would send a truck with two workers later that day and they would load it. They did remedy the problem but instead of having a dumpster for three days I had it for 15 minutes. We had to work fast to empty out my parents house. The driver said they only had one truck to deliver dumpsters.

  This was my second time using Junk King. I chose them because of my great first experience. I took a chance that they might be able to come out on the same day I made the appointment. They did!! I did check different places where I could take various electronics and they had restrictions and limitations. It was so much easier to schedule an appointment with Junk King. They sent someone to pick everything up in record time; very professional, reasonable prices and I did not have to pick anything up or leave home!! Win!! Win!!

  August and his companion was very nice. Very professional. They were on time. In and out quickly. Pleasant to talk to. I definitely will refer them. I have friends who kind of hoard that plan to clean house, garage, wearhouse etc. I wish they moved furniture from one place to another. VERY PLEASED with the service and all 4 of staff personnel that I had contact with. GOOD JOB!
