  The guys showed up on time with a smile and ready to work. We quickly settled on a fair price and within a few minutes everything was loaded on their truck. They were careful while moving the items making sure nothing in the area got damaged. Junk kings did an awesome job and I would hire them again!

  Be cautious of their estimates. Quite inaccurate. Sent pics. Given estimates between two numbers. They show up and their price is much higher than the highest of the previous two numbers. I disagree with new number. They ask me what I want to pay. Seems a bit shady.

  Had a 8 foot spa removed. 8/10 for price, 10/10 for employees (office staff and the two men who worked on site). Cleanup was better than I expected. Use of text and email was superb. Prompt!

  I booked my appointment at 3 AM for them to haul something between 8-10 AM. I thought there was absolutely no way they’d show up but they did. It was cheaper than other hauling businesses I’ve used before. They communicated very well how close they were, which was great. Ill they were very nice and quick with the removal.

  Tristan and the other guy that came to my house were very prompt, professional, nice and honest, not to mention very helpful.   From scheduling to the actual appointment, Junk King’s customer service was excellent. We called and scheduled the appointment on Saturday and they had us on their schedule on Monday. Their pricing was very reasonable. The two men that came to pick up the items we wanted removed were friendly, courteous and fast! I will use them again.

  I have used Junk King Northshore multiple times and find them to be prompt, always calls me when they are on their way, and never had a problem with their service. I find their fee to be reasonable and it keeps me from having to dispose of my old appliances by myself. I do recommend them to my friends.

  Great service! The guys were punctual, friendly, and respectful of my home. I had two very old, very heavy televisions and they got them down a curved staircase and out the door like it was no big deal. Would definitely use them again!

  I called yesterday 7/28/23 and they came the very next day 7/29 They were very considerate to make sure the times were good for us. Despite the scorching heat and humidity these 2 gentleman were fantastic . They grabbed everything we wanted to go and got it done in a quick manner. Very polite and hard working. Nothing but good things to say for the company and their people . I only wish I could offer them some ice cream but at least have them some ice waters. This heat must have been very hard to work with what they do. Kudos to the company and their people!

  Greg delivered the mini dumpster, placed it perfectly for me as well. Clean and ready to go. When I let them know it was full and ready to go it was picked up right on time and gone! A perfect experience and much better than the “bag” options. Much more room for only a little bit more money. I’ll use them again when needed.

  Junk King has always been my family's go-to for removing and recycling our non-reusable furniture because of our excellent experiences. This time was no different. Farmer and Quan were exceptional- on time, courteous, professional, efficient, and all around lovey. They are gems.
