  I called Junk King by mistake with intentions of reaching one of their competitors, who I’ve previously done business with. Junk King did an amazing job, they were professional, efficient and exceeded my expectations. I’ve sent a photo of their business card to several co-workers who have future projects. I highly recommend them and will be calling them next time I need some help with junk removal.

  Awesome service . Confirmed appointment time right away . They were right on time . They gave an estimate and removed my couches within less than 10 minutes . Much more cost effective than most places . Would definitely recommend.

  This is the second time I’ve used Junk King Boston and once again, I am very happy! There was a bit of a mix up with the arrival time, but Anna S. smoothed things out quickly and easily. The gentlemen removing our junk were very nice and quick! They were in & out in less than 15 min. I really appreciated everyone’s help - I will use Junk King Boston again in the future!

  Paul and Jake were very respectful, courteous and professional. Paul called letting me know they were 30 minutes out. They arrived as expected and explained the process. Both young men were very efficient and removed the items as instructed from the garage. Thank you to both Paul and Jake for doing a job well done!

  Junk King’s crew was friendly, careful, and highly professional in moving a heavy piano out of our 121 year old house with tight clearances. Hunter, Randall and Christian managed this feat cheerfully and without doing any damage to floors, walls and doorways. I highly recommend Junk King and will definitely use them again!

  We had Junk King pick up some waste material at my house. They could not have been more professional, efficient and tidy. We have a gravel driveway, and I feared a roll off dumpster would damage the driveway. This was a fabulous solution. Very pleased and would definitely use them again.

  Junk King went out of their way through each step of the process! Junk King gave an amazing quote for a clean out, scheduled quickly, were on time, very polite and treated us like family!! Even swept up after the clean out which was not anything they had to do!! Junk King for the win!!!

  This is the best company I’ve been using for years! They are reasonably priced but also it’s their employees who service their customers who are always so super nice!!! Like they were again today for me! It’s so easy to navigate their website and I always make my appointments online on the website and you can get appointments sometimes same day but always the next day! But yes it’s their employees who come out to your home are simply the best people!!! Thank you guys again so much. Oh yeah did I mention that they are always on time and super fast workers!

  I was very impressed with the quality of the service from Junk King. They were prompt in coming at the time that they said that they would be there. All three of the gentlemen were courteous and true professionals. They even showed concern for my cat ,that she would not get out when they had the door open. Their price was fair, and I hope to have them again when I need their service.I looked for a local business for their service. I couldn't have been more pleased.

  I was very pleased with using the service to pick up old furniture. The staff was very friendly, prompt, and communicated from the beginning to the end. Price seems fair there was no effort to change what was agreed or any hidden fees. I would use their services if needed again.

  Fast prompt service. The guys were in and out within 45 minutes. Heavy brick and rubble as well as rubbish. They even cleaned up before a final walk through. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

  Showed up in professional attire and right during the appointment window. Called 20 mins ahead of time and were friendly, polite and prompt. Price was strict but fair and you definitely get your money's worth. Also one of the guys had a British accent. How exotic! Charles and Andrew were handsome and strong and I will definitely be calling Junk King again.

  Stellar service! The item I needed removed was done so 24 hours after I initiated contact. I was expecting days or even weeks. Communication was easy and thorough. I wasn’t required to be there in person but as promised, they contacted me 30 min prior to arrival and then contacted me for payment once the pick up was completed. 💯 customer for life!

  The team from Junk King was great! Moving after 25 years and had a lot of accumulated stuff. They cleared the attic and the crawl space and even swept up when they were done. I would definitely recommend them!

  I have used Junk King several times and they always handle whatever tasks are requested of them. The associates are very friendly and they work efficiently . I will continue to use them for all of my future clean up needs.

  Requested a quote through text with Bonnie, a delightful customer rep. After sending photos she was able to give me a quote. Using their current promotion, I saved $30 additional. The team called to see if I could meet earlier as they were ahead of schedule. They were kind, and respectful of my property and in just a few minutes, my heavy filing cabinet was gone. Junk King made it easy. Thank you!
