  The entire experience of contacting Junk King, their immediate follow up with me, giving an estimate on the phone, arranging a convenient time to come out and give a final quote for the work was very easy and a competitive price. The crew showed up on time, confirmed the scope of the work and were very nice and thorough. I highly recommend this service and the people.

  Mike and the gentleman with him (who introduced himself but I've forgotten his name - apologies; I'm old and the memory isn't what it used to be) were fantastic! They called an hour in advance to let me know when they were going to arrive, arrived exactly when they said they would, and got a bunch of junk out of here in something like twenty minutes. Fast, friendly and completely professional. I've got nothing but good feelings about my experience with Junk King. Y'all rock!

  We have used Junk King several times. It is very easy to schedule an appointment with their courteous, professional office staff. They show up on time. The truck staff members evaluate the volume of the load, and give a price on the spot. They work neatly and quickly, always friendly and courteous. We will continue to use this company, and to recommend it to others.

  The junk men were wonderful, but the coupon offer the way it was worded in the email ad was not honored. The coupon exclusion language reads "Discount valid on new appointments only, except below minimum price..." The minimum price is $99, which was how much my job was quoted to cost. Yet the coupon was not permissible even though the job was not below the minimum. It was kind of a letdown.

  Saw the truck while driving on the highway. We had some old, old TV’s that we needed to get rid off. So happy I contacted them. I was able to get a same day pickup. Two very polite, friendly young men came during the time framed specified. Pick up was quick and easy. They gave me a quote. I accepted and they took away the TV’s. Reasonable price. Will use them again and will recommend to family and friends.

  I had a very good experience with Junk King. Starting with the professional service on the telephone booking the appointment, and email verification of appointment day and time. They actually called me and came to my house earlier than expected, and did a good job loading my unwanted items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely reccomend them to others, and if I need items removed in the future I will call them again. They are a little pricey, but they do a good job.
