  We needed an old refrigerator picked up. The man I talked to was nice and helpful. They scheduled for 8-10am, called to let me know they were on their way and was there in 30 minutes. Nice guys, nice truck. Reasonable price. I would use them again.

  Very disappointed. Planned our day around them coming. Arrived with a full truck. Quote was unbelievably high. They left with about 4 trash bags of stuff and charges us $130. Very disappointing.

  JUNK King's service is excellent. They called before arriving which was right on time. They were super courteous and gave me a free estimate which was reasonable. They loaded quite a few items including an awkward large recliner and chest of drawers. When it was time to pay, they offered me a lower price than the estimate. I was thrilled. I'm sorry I only got John's name but the other guy was just as helpful. If you have any hard-copy business cards, please send them. I'd like to post them on our ad boards throughout our condo complex. It's a large place with lots of folks always looking for good, honest service.

  Simple, easy and quick. I texted in for an estimate and was able to get a quote and schedule the date and time frame with In minutes. They arrive earlier than expected but I already had everything set for the outside so they were able to complete the work. The followed up with photos showing that the job was completed. Made the whole thing seemless.

  Just had my bed and couch picked up by the crew at Junk King. The experience was amazing! They were fast, efficient and nice! The team was responsive after initiating a request for a pickup online. The pickup team called me 30 minutes before they arrived and were in and out in 30 minutes! The whole experience was easy and seamless. Would absolutely recommend them!

  This is the second time we have used Junk King and we were completely satisfied. They called ahead, were on time, and two very polite young men did the removal. They were fair in their cost; while our load to haul (packing cardboard) was bulky, it was also relatively light and they adjusted their rate accordingly. We highly recommend and will use again in the future.

  The young men were nice and very professional, they interacted with my mom who was talking and telling them about what happened, they spoke to her respectfully and finished the job.   VERY prompt (MINI Dumpster was on the driveway maybe 2 hours after I called, and they removed it within 2 hours the next day when I called them to tell them I was done)! Just wish they told me that they accept dried latex paint (I asked, and the receptionist told me they didn’t.) Highly recommend nonetheless.

  Excellent Responsiveness. On Time. Mike and James were great. My only hesitancy is that you price of $158 for less than half hour of work and for the select amount of items seemed a little bit excessive. But, hey, they solved my issue promptly. The true review value should be 4.5 stars, but there does not seem to be an option for that.
