  The tan socks are fine but the black ones are short. every pair i have ever gotten have been short. I dont know if it is in the foot or the leg part, but they are a hair shorter.

  I have been wearing Jobst stockings for about 7 years, and I always save an end panel from the box in my dresser drawer. When I need more stockings I pull up the website, search on the catalog number, and order. It only takes a few minutes, and shipping has always been fast.

  I couldn’t get the stockings on…they were too tight, despite me efforts to stretch them. I was reluctant to return them because of trying to stretch them. Also I thought I had ordered no toe stockings.

  These stockings always roll down from the top and form a tunicate below the knee. Also the foot end rolls up and makes a ridge in my shoe that hurts my feet.

Rolling down and creating a ridge can be really annoying and painful. We’d love to help you find a solution that works better for you.   My mother would get fitted for Jobst hoisery because of her major vericous veins. They were a great relief for her. Consequently I have worn Jobst support for many many years when working. I am now retired and continue to where support knee highs. Such relief for my legs!!!!

  the stockings are so abrasive I cannot wear them. they make my toes raw from their abrasiveness. I have other compression stocking that are not abrasive as these are.

  I ordered four pair of socks. Three shipped perfectly. One pair nothing. After a week, I called customer service and was informed it is out of stock and won’t be back in stock until September 25th! I then asked how long has it been out of stock and she said “oh for several weeks” No notice if out of stock or anything!

  The website is fine but Jobst has done something to the top band of their Relief compression stockings. THEY DO NOT STAY UP! Have worn the same stocking for over 20 years. Now the top elastic band rolls creating a tourniquet. It’s lousy. Not sure what to do about other than switch brands to try something else….

  If the measurements read med. but close to large, order the large. This is a wonderful stocking 20/30 but impossible to get on with out the help of a plastic sock helper with the two ropes.but once on they are wonderful.Excellent material and wash well.

  Jobst Relief stockings are an excellent value. I tried other cheaper brands, but they don't have the nice wide band at the top (thin bands dig into your leg) and the quality that the Jobst Relief does. Jobst relief stockings are very comfortable and easy to put on. I definitely recommend them-- well worth the extra money.

  Navigating the Jobst site was a little tricky for me. I typed in the search bar woman’s 30 40 knee highs. Different stockings came up. But, I finally found what I wanted. The ship and delivery was really quick with email updates along the way. I needed petite support stockings. I am 5 foot 4. These are the only stockings I have found to fit me perfectly. They come right below the bend of my knee. They do not roll. There is no digging into the skin causing pain. These petite stockings are perfect. I have been forced by insurance to buy Binsons and Wright and Phillipis SS stockings. Upon the first wearing they come up half way over my knee cap. I am retired but am paying out of pocket for these stockings as they are worth it for my comfort.

  The stockings are not here yet but I have ordered before and everything is good. You are the only company that has petite sizes. All the other companies out there go by shoe and calf size only, and the quality is awful. I will be a Jobst customer forever!

  Easy to navigate the website. Only negative I have is the shape of the foot of the stocking. It is not form fitting around the toes, although it is much better than some. I wanted to be able to wear them with sandals and I could but felt uncomfortable about the overhang on the toes. For regular shoes they are great. I was able to wear these all day at work with them bothering me.

  The product is great.as usual, I am happy to report. The only down side is the cost of shipping. I would like to see that absorbed by the company.

  Today is the first day that I wore them. I love the sheer look, however there were red marks on my thighs from the elastic.

  Thanks for giving our socks a try! We're glad to hear you love the sheer look. Those red marks can definitely be a bit annoying, though. Sometimes it just takes a bit of time for your skin to adjust to new elastic bands. If the red marks persist or become uncomfortable, it might be worth checking if the size is right for you.   I’ve worn Jobst hose for 18 years. They are expensive, but well worth the cost. They wash well and wear well.

  I received the stocking about 2 weeks ago, and me Home Nurse showed me how to put in on for the first time. The next time when I was alone and trying to put it on, it was a little more complicated keeping all the flaps from adhering to the other material. I am 87 years of age, and have a bone on bone situation in the right shoulder and she thought this stocking would be helpful as I try to heal the four big sores that another company's two home nurses created when they put a Honey mixture on my ankles, and then when it was time to change them, a couple days earlier, they refused to put water on the gauze to loosen it a bit, but began pulling the gauze as it was and it created big sores there the size of silver dollars, where not only the skin was pulled off, but lower tissue also. I endured 5 months of fiery pain from those sores then because they would not use the Collagenase Santyl ointment a doctor at Ft. Worth's Wound Center prescribed. My insurance company paid over $2100 dollars for that prescription, and after talking to them, I got rid of the first company, and started again with a new one who was willing to use that expensive medicine, and the healing is now in progress. One of the ladies in the new group suggested that my son order one of your stockings, because I have problems using my right arm and shoulder when getting compression socks on. I like the idea behind your garment, but at 87 having so many pieces to get into their proper place is a bit tricky, and takes me a while to get on. Otherwise the idea is good, and helpful to people who have limited use of certain limbs. Thank you for filling that order which Laura called to another state to have my son order for me. We appreciated also it getting here in a timely manner. Most Sincerely your Texas customer.

  I really like the Jobst stockings so far but I have only worn them a few times. They are hard to get on but, once on, they do reduce my swelling and are fairly comfortable. I am concerned the toe fabric looks less sturdy and hope the stockings won't develop holes at the toes.

  The Jobst Customer Service is outstanding. I called them to return 2 of the 3 Ultra Shear pairs that I ordered, and the gentleman (Shaheen, I believe) was extremely helpful. On the down side, I was disappointed that I could not get on the two pair of Ultra Shear I was hoping to wear this summer for special occasions. The third pair of Ultra Shear (softfit), although they were tight, I was able to get them on. I have bought and worn their Active Wear (same size), and I do like those. My husband also wears that type of Jobst compression socks.
