  Second time in a row that this happens. I purchase boxers for my husband, but do not include the whole order since a portion of it was out of stock. It would have been good to know PRIOR to making my purchase. It seems like online stock isn't properly accounted for. As my husband loves these style boxers, I will be purchasing again but possibly not through Jack and jones and best seller. Either in person or through another vendor.

  My husband and I love shopping at Jack&Jones. It's the only affordable place we can find him shirts that are long enough for his torso. He is 6'4" and has a thinner build so they fit great. My only wish is that their hoodies and other shirts also came in a long fit.

  We were very disappointed that our 2/3 of our order were sold out and we received the additional item that we purchased to meet the free shipping threshold. The wearhouse tracking system isn't effective enough for the busy Christmas season and we really liked the bomber jacket as it was a birthday present for my brother. Overall we spent $20 on a t-shirt that we didn't really want and return wad a hassle because retail stores wouldn't accept them.

  I am extremely shocked of how the costumer services dealt with my issue with this order. I have contact them once I have received my order. I have reported them that the size of one of the items is not accurate. The customer services did not try to help at all, they have just stated the online policies that I am aware of. I have stated to them that the polies - that people can not exchange the items that buy online from Jack and Jones - are not fair; what if any of the delivered items were damaged somehow? What if any of them were sent a wrong size? I have been a customer of Jack and Jones for more than 15 years. This was the first time I was extremely disappointed. I have stated this to the costumer services but they have done nothing, they have ignored this. I was always believing that Jack and Jones is a world class company that understand the important of keeping its customers satisfy and pleased.

If the error was on our part for sending the wrong item or if the item was delivered damaged, you would be fully entitled to return them for a full refund.   Site is fine, purchased 4 pairs of sweatpants, same style, same size just different colour. One colour came vastly smaller in size than the others. Purchased size L, one felt like a S. Tried to go to the store and ask if I could exchange or return and they said they don't take anything from online orders. Wasted 60$ on pants I can't even put around my ankles.

  Hi Harsh, Normally you can return any purchase for a full refund if it does not fit but you specifically purchased only Final Sale items which are heavily marked down from their normal retail price. Unless we sent you the wrong items, there is nothing for you to do. Regards,
