  I actually messed up on my order cause i originally ordered the small and thought i didn't get a confirmation so went ahead and ordered mediums. When i realized my mistake the customer service was quite quick to cancel my second order. Shipping did take much longer than expected but that was due to Canada Post.

  The item that I ordered took about 2-3 weeks to arrive, however the customer service that I received during that time was top notch and prompt. The site was fairly easy to navigate and make purchases on and I would consider using it again if there were more deals/discounts available.

  My main issue was one of the shirts had a retail tag saying XL but when I took it off, the actual size was a M so I couldn't exchange it, kind of annoying when it was the shop tagging mistake not mine

  Everything about bestsellers is great, website is easy to operate, fairly intuitive. Regarding changes, i would switch view of # of items per page, to a continuous flow of items. That seems to be more inline with seamless experience. And please add more items size 36 waist to Glenn line, as this line of clothes is tailored to more skinny like audience, and everyone who wears 34/34 Tims, takes 36/34 Glenns. Due to limited stock i missed out on great jeans, and have to return 34/34 as they are a bit too tight. Other than that all is good
