  Consistent easy place to shop for teen son. Prices ok if hit sales. Like the easy, free returns. Nice clothes. Overall the sizing runs annoyingly small: 1-2 sizes off other brands.

  One thing I absolutely can’t stand is when they offer a particular discount structure such as; buy one get the second item (cheaper item) at 50% off. So you go through a list of merchandise and decide to buy whatever it is that you want. When it comes to payment of course the client pays for the entire order plus shipping, if charged. When the merchandise leaves their warehouse and certain things are not in stock that discount structure flies out the window somehow and you don’t save anything. Their discount does not get transferred onto other items in the list of purchased merchandise and the client is left paying full price. This has happened to me the first time and I let it go. When it happened the second time I understood I should’ve known better.

  The Delivery was never made to my house. Initially we didn't even know where our package was. We were told that it was coming via Canada Post. But there was no information on Canada Post. After a follow up, we were informed that it was with purolator. Purolator did not deliver it to us. They didn't even tell us where the package was. After a week of constant calling them, we could know where it was. They were all set to refund the item to the company, without even informing us about the package at all.

  Sizes are not regular, I ordered a 38 waisted short that is not supposed to be tight and they are like women’s shorts. A 38 in EVERY other company, high end designer etc, Levi’s, low end you name it, a 38 is baggy and has leg room, unlike these garbage threads you claim to be clothing. Thanks for wasting my time and money . 🖕

  Within hours of package shipping it was set to be returned to sender. Waited over a week just to get an email confirming my order was cancelled and another week for the refund, just wanted the clothes now I’m skeptic all of using the website again as I don’t want to deal with that issue again as that would make me pretty mad.

  So easy to go through all of the many products. The quality is excellent and prices are always very competitive. Their jeans have the best fit for me and, also, several have my favourite button fly. Great selection of shits too. Both short and long sleaves.

  I totally disappointed with the purchase because, I had ordered 6 items from the final sale.. but I got only two of them and told rest were out of stock .. but when I checked the website they are still available with increased price... even I read from the site that final sale products are final they cannot be returned or exchanged but you guys simply say it outside of stock...   Navigation is so-so, not terrible, but a bit frustrating that products are not obviously grouped, so it's quicker to see if a certain size is sold out; you seem to associate boxer briefs by "color"; it would be nice to see that association in the "thumbnail gallery" view. Shipping is excellent though -- fast, and well-packed. And products themselves are high quality, IMO. Overall, better than most web stores.
