  I never received my order, I tried emailing asking for someone to call me since I cannot find a phone number to call. I received an email instead and told I will hear back in 14days. I replied to the email and again no one replied. This is the worst customer service after spending $175 and not receiving my items. I had to contact my credit card company

  There were examples of the different flies one could get, 3ither zipper or button and I specifically got those I thought would be zipper and ended up with two button which I am not a fan of. It's too much of a hassle to return in covid so I'm dealing with it, but it's disappointing because otherwise I really like the jeans.

  Tried to return stuff at store, manager wasn’t there so return was unable to be done, sales associate kept calling manager but he kept delaying coming back. Waited over 30 minutes at the store (scarborough town center), and when he finally came back, he says they don’t process online returns. Worst store experience ever, will not be shopping from JJ again. Pathetic.

  Great order overall. the sweater was a solid fit and my husband enjoyed it greatly. We were a little frustrated that we couldn't just return the jacket (that didn't fit) to the Jack & Jones store directly - we went all the way to the mall to return the coat but were told on that they couldn't actually accept returns from items ordered online (which was strange to me since they were from the online store directly). Aside from that hiccup though the process was relatively smooth.
