  Strangely the only thing I don't like about the whole thing is this survey request. Not only do I have to sign up for their Survey System to send you a survey they want me to sign up for all of these cookies there's no option to opt out so it's all going to be downloaded to my phone just so I can send you the survey you wanted I'm not going to do that which means it's kind of pointless that I'm saying this year because you're never going to get it cuz I'm not going to sign up to a survey program just so you can get the survey you requested for me

  ISBN Services is very user-friendly and quick. I am not a regular publisher so each time I come, I am relieved that I can accomplish what I need to do quickly and efficiently. As a graphic designer, I also like the fact that you can obtain your ISBN barcode while I am laying out the publication, then I can go in and complete the registration once the book has been printed and ready for distrtibution.

  ISBN services does not have a phone number to contact someone for questions. There is no mentioned on website on how many days my ISBN number would be delivered. Employee staff are taking too long to respond to emails for questions. If I would of known this, I would of purchase my ISBN number somewhere else.

  I was not too sure from the instructions about how to use the ISBN number I purchased (how to actually get it onto my book publication) since I really didn't have anything that I could upload to Amazon Kindle.   Excellent! This is the second ISBN number that isbnservices.com has processed into a bar code for me. Very quickly, too. Josh Pritchard, who processed both numbers (more than a year apart), is very efficient about emailing me bar codes. No stress for me at all! I hope this service continues in exactly the same way for 2 or 3 more books that are in a planning stage already but will likely be each a year apart. The slogan for the service, "Fast, reliable & affordable ISBN assignment," is absolutely true. I am very appreciative!
