  Actually, I thought your site was too good to be true. Then I read the reviews of others that used it. It looked legit. So when I purchased a couple of ISBN codes it was the easiest thing ever.   I received 5-star excellent customer service from ISBN Services. They answered all my questions in a timely manner before I purchased the item. I had no problems with their payment system and was able to acquire my ISBN number immediately after purchase. I didn't require the bar code, but it is available to me if necessary. I filled out the form to submit my book to the ISBN database with no problems. I would recommend.

  Hi Curtis, it looks like Hotmail is doing something wrong with the emails we've been sending you--either putting them in the wrong folder or blocking them for some reason. We sent the ISBN and barcode on 7/30 and also sent a reply to your message on 8/1, but obviously they didn't get to your inbox. We sent information from a personal email this morning and have not heard back yet. Please let us know if you received the latest email so that we can get you what you need.

  ISBN Services is really great! You can get that ISBN fast, when you really need it. I'm considering purchasing a few to keep on hand. I'm publishing in both English and Spanish, paperback, hardback, KDP & ACX audiobooks. There are those who say no ISBN is necessary for ebooks and audiobooks. This is not true. Why not identify the work? Plus, to promote your works (if you're not bound by an exclusive contract), many distributor sites want an ISBN. Josh was fast in answering my questions. I highly recommend ISBN Services! There are people to speak with, easy website to navigate with good information. They also have ebook conversion and ebook distribution which I am going to check out very soon. They have the best price for an ISBN. I am hoping for the same with the ebook services they offer.   Easy peasy, no nonsense, no hidden fees. They offer the thing, you pay for it, you get the thing. The actual ISBN was delivered via email by a person, not a "do-not-reply" so I assume if something was amiss, if I emailed back I'd get a reply right away. I'll definitely use them again.

  My email account kept sending my ISBN number into my junk folder and the customer service person was so kind and helpful to keep trying until it finallymade its way into my Inbox. He even used his own email account to circumvent my email junk file. I don't know why I didn't think to look in the junk folder. My bad!
