  No muss no fuss! This was an amazing and easy experience at a very reasonable rate to get my files converted for ebook. Josh was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond and got me these files done so quickly at such a reasonable rate. The other company I had been working with was trying to charge me much more than this for more than a two week turn around. I can’t believe I got this in ONE DAY! And it looks amazing. I have never seeen a picture book in ebook form and this is really cool.

  I am happy with the product received but I didn’t like the way the form is set up for those who go through a publishing company and don’t self-publish because then the publisher of the work as it was stated to me, also known as an author, can’t access the site to register the respective titles to the ISBN’s, and if you go through a publishing company you can’t list your own personal information as an author to register the ISBN’s to the respective titles of the books and everything is sent to the publishing company. There should be a space on the form to list the author as well as the publishing company so both have access to the rest of the registration process so either the author or publishing company can register the titles to the ISBN’s.

  The site was easy to use and the information was easily understood. I loved that I could put the titles of my books and other pertinent information about my books with its corresponding ISBN, then save them to the website. Afterwards, it's just a click to finalize and publish my book.

  This process was so easy! A huge relief. One thing though, when you listed the publisher for the basic ISBN service, there wasn’t any information for the publisher. A small thing that probably doesn’t matter but I would’ve liked a webpage or something. Anyway, great product! Fast, easy, and reliable.
