  It is Tuesday. I was promised the detail info entry email would have arrived yesterday. That is not good as I paid for something that did not arrive as stated. That in stressful and not good business leaving me ot research a more reliable path to my needed ISBN number and barcodes.

  Hi Turtel, the Custom ISBN has a 1 business day processing time. You purchased on Saturday. It's almost always the case that when a Custom ISBN is purchased over the weekend, the ISBN would be ready sometime on Monday. On rare occasions during busy times, an ISBN purchased on the weekend would be ready on Tuesday morning, which was true in your case. I hope we do get a chance to serve you in the future.   This remains a cumbersome task. After paying then comes multiple steps with glitches. It is frustrating. I am certain you are aware of this Each time I set up a password per my account it does not work when I try it. Therefore I still cannot complete the process. And you seem to not have help.

  It was fast and easy getting the ISBN I needed. My only quibble is the "publisher" is now listed as "Primedia eLaunch LLC" on Bowker Bookwire because that's where I purchased the ISBN from...but I'm self-published and would rather my own LLC be listed as the publisher.

  The service is poor. The sheet where the information of the client who is purchasing the ISBN and the Bar Code is placed DOES NOT provide for entering the name and price of the book to be registered. This omission produces uncertainty in the client. And the book project is delayed.

  Hi Victor, as we explained several times, we can't ask for the book name before purchase for three reasons. First, many people don't have that information ready when they purchase the ISBN, so requiring the information wouldn't make sense for a lot of people. Second, book detail registration requires several other pieces of data beyond just the title. It requires an author name, genre, format, publish date, etc. Third, book detail registration takes place via a webform connectd to the ISBN number in your user account. After you purchase the ISBN, it goes into your ISBN dashboard, and then you can add the book details to the ISBN.

  Josh Pritchard, a member of the support staff, did an excellent job! Within 24 hours, I had the first draft of my e-book to review. Josh kept me updated throughout the entire process, and after a few corrections, my book was ready to go online. Josh was efficient and customer oriented--I definitely got my money's worth.   Hi Gene, On 8/27 we sent you an order receipt immediately after purchase. The receipt contained a link to a publisher information form we need filled out in order to process your order. On 8/31 you notified us that you hadn't received the order yet. One of our support staff followed up on 8/31 with instructions again on filling out the form. On 9/13 you again let us know you hadn't received the order and we followed up immediately on 9/13 again asking for the form to be filled out. You replied with this message: "Thank you for getting back to me. I contacted [name hidden for privacy reasons] at [name hidden for privacy reasons] and cc'd him so he can act on this for us." We have not heard back from you after that. If you'd like to continue with the order, we will need that publisher form filled out so that we know what information needs to be connected to the ISBN.

  I enjoyed the lower price, but I'm not sure where to use it since most of the platforms for selling m book are incompatible for these. So it would be helpful if you stated WHERE your isbn's ARE compatible. Otherwise, I feel like I just spent 23 dollars on a number I can't even use.

  They did a beautiful job creating an ebook edition of my book. All of the special fonts and graphics were carried over. Also, although I was not in a hurry, they turned the project around very quickly. Strongly recommended for any first time self publishing author.
