  I've chosen to award the onsite-staffers at the "isbnservices.com"-office a rating of 3 out of 5 stars due to the apparent decline in quality which the onsite-staffers have put on exhibit with respect to the final state of the most recent "epub"-file doc. which I received as of Aug. 18, after onsite-staffers on hand at the "isbnservices.com"-office completed the conversion-service which I requested of them as of Aug. 11 to permit me to then upload to the self-publishing platform's printshop-office an acceptable "epubfile"-doc. for use as a template-doc. for use in the Internet-wide Web-distribution of the "Digital"-edition copy of the title itself ("Tasting Droplets of the Unforgettable Rain") to online e-retailing outlets for consumers in the Internet's online marketplace of book-buyers.

  The process was simple and cost-effective, well worth the price to take all the hassle off me, a non-techy. You might want to offer your Dropbox option in a more obvious way for people whose files will be more than 50 MB and list the allowed megabytes next to each of your sellers, e.g., Apple, Barnes & Noble. Josh, from your support service, got back very quickly with exactly what I needed to do and the link to load down the larger file I had for my E-Book. That is very important when you are using an asncychronus communication mode like email or chat to communicate.

  It's been 2-3 years since I've come here to buy an ISBN number. Before, they were about 1/10th the price, I received them instantly, and had the option to add a price bar code. I saw none of these possibilities this time. I did receive an ISBN number but it took two days. Don't wait until the last minute to do this if you want one.
