  It was quite difficult to find what I wanted, which was loose tealeaves, not in a tin. Eventually I got there by searching for 'refills'. During payment the process simply stopped, with no sign that the site was active. I returned to my basket and went through the payment process again. This time it seems to have gone through, although I didn't enter anything differently. Now I hope I haven't paid twice. The review process is poor, I can't fill in all the field since I haven't yet had my delivery. And the missing fields are not marked in red, as they should be, they are marked in orange. So I took off another star.

  The site does its job well. I wanted teabags, since I bought tea supplies for the office and the ease of use was a priority. I found easily what I was looking for, and had no problems whatsoever, all the way to checkout Design is nice too!

  I had high expectations. Some of the teas were a disappointment. Most were just plain tea with essence flavorings, not real ingredients that give flavor. I think there should be a mention of this.

  I was very excited about the tea and mug I had ordered. After some delay the package finally arrived. The tins were bruised so won’t be able to use them later. On top of that: my mug wasn’t in there. When asked about it, they simply responded that it had never been in stock so it was a mistake on their website. So yeah overall experience was terrible!

  I love the products from KusmiTea, and placing an online order goes well. However: getting the order deliverd to my home in The Netherlands does not go well (out of 3 orders, 2 had problems and caused quite some stress). Unfortunately from KusmiTea no reply to my emails about the delivery issues...a bit disappointing.
