  There was an unexpected change of address during delivery of my gift. Kusmi did everything to keep me informed of where the package was at all times, what was required by DHL and liaised to make sure it got to destination. Excellent service.

  Elegant and delicious tea. Refill bags, at cheaper price, without the tins, are extremely handy. Not to mention less wasteful than repeat tins, for which one eventually has no use (I have filled old ones with my partner’s spare coat/shirt buttons, cufflinks etc but require no more). Only gripes are the general price level, which is high, though some say ‘You get what you pay for’. And that sample tea bags are not available per one’s own selection. You receive random samples with an order, if you wish, not the ones you would like to try. I’m picky about my tea and would not want to invest heavily in something I would not enjoy. Why don’t Kusmi offer a list of samples and ask the customer to select 3?

  I love this tea, only recently was given Earl Grey Intense and wanted to see other Earl Grey and black teas from this brand. Lovely all of them (in a gift pack) but will stick with the Intense, amazing. Good that you can get free shipping over certain amount for your first shopping, that takes away prohibitive shipping costs before you decide what will be worth it.

  I was very enthusiastic about buying the Anastasia tea at a discount......but I didn't realise that the boxes only contained 10 tea bags. For many years I bought the 20-pace box fo 11.95, which sometimes included 5 extra bags. I started buying larger boxes of the loose tea as Anastasia was always my favorite, But the last box I bought in Paris, as well as these new boxes is about half the strength of the excellent Anastasia taste I remember so fondly. It tastes like half the flavor it used to have and this is very disappointing. Are you discontinuing this flavor?? Are the boxes of 20 bags no longer available. I wrote a letter to the website two years ago but never received a response. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate an explanation about the difference in quality. Merci beaucoup..

  I placed the order from UK based on the website statement that Uk customers do not pay any custom fee but I was charged more than £40 for an order of €85. Unfortunately the Kusmi customer service just sent me the swiss website statement and informed me that this is customer’s responsibility.

  The quality of items has gone downhill. Tsarevna gift set is extremely poor. Bottle is so incredibly cheaply made. Not even sure if material the bottle is made of is not some cancerogenic plastic covered. Teas are weak. The muslin bags are smaller. Just losing my love for Kusmi Tea. So sad.

  I have been a loyal customer of Kusmi Tea for several years, but I am deeply disappointed by the significant decline in their product quality and overall customer experience. My recent order has left me feeling outraged and dissatisfied. To begin with, one of the tea tins I received was visibly dented on the top, which immediately raised concerns about the handling and packaging process. Additionally, one of the refill bags was ripped, compromising the freshness and integrity of the tea inside. This lack of attention to detail is highly disappointing. What's even more disheartening is the noticeable decline in the quality of their tins. In the past, their tins were sturdy and long-lasting, but now they seem flimsy and prone to rusting. It is frustrating to invest in a product that fails to withstand even a year of use. Furthermore, the reduction in quantity is another unwelcome change. Previously, their tins held 125 grams of tea, but they have downsized to 90 grams, without any corresponding decrease in price. It feels like an attempt to cut costs and maximize profits at the expense of loyal customers. But the disappointments don't end there. Kusmi Tea's decision to require customers to check a box to receive free samples is disheartening. As someone who always looked forward to trying new flavors through their free samples, I was shocked to discover that my order did not include any. It seems that the company is no longer interested in fostering customer delight but rather focused on extracting every penny from its customers. Overall, the decline in quality, the inferior packaging, the reduction in quantity, and the removal of free samples all point to a shift in priorities at Kusmi Tea. It is evident that they are prioritizing cost-cutting measures and profit-chasing over the satisfaction and loyalty of their customers. As a result, I have decided to explore other tea brands that value their customers and consistently deliver high-quality products. It is truly saddening to witness a once-beloved tea company lose its way. I hope Kusmi Tea takes customer feedback seriously and works towards restoring the quality and customer-centric approach that made them stand out in the first place.
