  I love the tea! I’m sad that kusmi bought the Løv organic brand because their tins were so beautiful, and the names have changed making it hard to find what I want. The site promised a free mug, but I received only my order. Oh well.

  I have been a fan of BB detox tea for many years, since I was given this by my daughter when she went to Paris for vacation. I put an online order about once a year as I buy in bulk. Ordered my favourite tea as I have run out. Bought several packets of loose leaf BB detox tea plus one in a tin of the same. When it reached New Zealand, the NZ Customs want me to pay NZD$105 for inspection fee as they say the ingredients is not specified on the package. I provided NZ Custotms with the ingredients from the website and refused to pay the inspection fee. The package got sent back to the supplier. I asked Kusmi to resend back to me and put the list of ingredients on the label, but Customer Services said that I will have the same issue again and refunded me my money. Would be excellent customer service is they obliged and listed the ingredients on the package as required. I am still craving this tea and unable to get any as it is not available in NZ and I cannot travel in this pandemic time.
