  I love Kuzmi. Especially the EARL GREY variants. So many to choose from so little time. Only negative is really far too expensive and they should introduce loyalty point and the level for free postage

  The navigation could be better. Sometimes you get kicked out of your account while evaluating different articles and you loose what you have already in the basket. I didn’t need customer service this time, however I had in the past and had a great experience with it.

  Easy to order, fantastic taste of the teas received. The only thing which I’m not entirely happy is plastic package bags for refilling teas. Suppose paper bags would be much better option. Nevertheless I’m giving 5stars.

  I love KusmiTea so it is such a shame I have to write such a poor review of my latest experience. I have been using them for years after all!! On the site itself I wanted to order the Year of the Tiger tea, two canisters as both myself and mother are tigers. I put in the order, it said they were available, and then when I went to the checkout I was told to remove it from my shopping cart as they could not send it to the country I am in - Cyprus. How ridiculous! It is either available from the international site or it isn't, Kusmi had no problem sending the other three hundred Euros worth of tea to Cyprus!! Which brings me to the delivered items. DHL are expensive, always have been, but they got the box here super quick as usual. What they could not be faulted for was the state of the tea inside the box. I always purchase the refill bags, trying my best to be eco friendly (ignoring the cost of the carbon cost of air travel). They must have literally been thrown in the box and then squashed to fit them all in! Not one bag had been placed in flat and, so far, the tea inside every bag that I have opened has been nothing more than mush!

  I registered and would get a 10% disount and.free shipping. The 10% discount did not work but initially i got free shipping. When i did pay with Paypal the shippingcosts were added so i had also to pay shippingcosts. I contacted Kusmitea 2 times but i got no reaction of them. Neiter did i got an email confirmation of the order.

  In my two last orders I could not find a certain blend (sweet bio) by searching it. A friend of mine had the same problem. When I googled it, it directed me to the site. I thought the blend was no longer available an almost didn't buy it. The delivery dates are awesome. I usually have my order after two days. I would like more promos without shipping cost though, as most of my orders are above 80 euros.
