  Straight forward website, although the search tool was not very good. I would search for 'earl grey' and the Anastasia tea would not be shown. Other than that, the rest of the site was well designed and laid out. Prices a expensive! and the covers of the tins don't all fit well.

  I made an order with KusmiTea, the product was not delivered , after a week i contacted customer support and was told my order was lost. I contacted them twice after to inquire if it will be resend with not even a response from your side. Shameful customer service. I have been ordering Kusmi Tea for years now but if this is how you treat your customers. Then you just lost one.
